I visited Countryside Barns late this summer to look at their storage sheds. I had looked at a few of the big box stores and wanted to compare the quality of the construction. Once I looked at Countryside, there was no comparison. I was impressed with the quality immediately. I also liked the fact that they are a family business. I met with Bruce Leman who stepped me through the selection process. In no time, he had a proposal and drawing on the shed I wanted. I ordered the 12x16 garden shed. With supply chain issues, it took a while to get, which is understandable. The shed was finally delivered two weeks ago. A young man named Glendon delivered and placed the shed on my property. He was professional, took great care and was very polite. He made sure the shed was level and plumb (my prepared pad, so if it wasn't level and plumb it would have been my fault, not his! Thankfully, it all checked out!) He adjusted the door locks to make sure everything closed and locked properly after he set the shed. I am very happy with how it turned out. My wife and I searched for a shed for our back yard in Norway, IL for several years. Visited Countryside Barns about 2 months ago. Phil the owner came in on his day off to help us. He spent quite a bit of time with us making sure we were getting everything we wanted, was very patient in answering our many questions. Quoted us a very fair price. I mailed them the down deposit the next day. Was extremely surprised and happy when we received an email a few days later letting us know they had a sale running and they were giving us the sale price. Countryside Barns called us 2 weeks later and let us know the shed was ready, so we set up the delivery date. Shed arrived today. It exceeded our expectations. Quality is amazing. I love my 12 X 16 garden shed! Countryside Barns was very easy to work with and concerns were addressed swiftly. The staff is very friendly and took the time to show us their displays when we visited answering my many questions about the product. I looked at several sheds before selecting mine. The quality of the shed was one reason I selected Countryside Barns. I was able to customize my shed to what I desired for my purposes. I added the heavier floor and better windows. It makes a much firmer foundation than I have seen in other sheds and the windows tip in for ease of cleaning. Free delivery to my house was a plus! well i spend over $6400 on a barn had it built 6-30-2025 who ever inspects them before they leave the build site don't seem to be doing there job and customer service is bad the are not very good at keeping in touch with customer also seem to run you around kind lie to you been dealing with this for 1 year they came out and fixed my doors changed my lock gave me some touch up paint to touch up chips in the clear coat paint nails sticking out on corner trim brand new shed now my doors are leaking water on top of them called them about it and never heard back from them i will never recomend them to anybody i will pay someone to fix that i am done dealing with this companey read more

I purchased 2 Adirondack chairs from Countryside Barns this winter. I love the bright turquoise color. Visitors have asked where I purchased the chairs. I prefer to shop locally. Now I am hoping for opportunity to use them on evenings and Sundays. Glad they updated website to include the poly furniture collection! I visited business several times when in Eureka on Sunday afternoons to "try out" the different styles available.I dealt with Phil through website address prior to purchasing. This is our third product from Countryside Barns! We have ordered a Shed, a Horse Barn and a large screen enclosed, Gazebo with a deck from this company. Each time, we have added or changed their specs to be more in line of what we needed for our home. They are always accommodating, willing to sit down and discuss our ideas, even the ones they have never heard of before. They will go the extra mile to investigate and to accomplish it if approved. We looked at three different companies that do custom sheds. We went with Countryside Barns because of their quick and honest response to questions, their quality (premium flooring was so much better than competitor offerings), and their competitive pricing. The mule that they would use to move the shed to the backyard sealed our choice. I could take down less fence for delivery, and my grass in the front yard wouldn't get torn up. We had a unique situation, in that usually the sheds are built at the company and delivered as a completed project. Our home has a large oak tree in the back yard and no alley, so they had to build the shed on sight. I anticipated several days that someone would need to be home to provide bathroom facilities and to keep track of our large dogs. The materials were all delivered early in morning and before it got dark we had a 10 x 16 shed with two lofts complete in our back yard. We are very pleased. read more

I shopped around quite a bit and found Countryside Barns to have very competitive prices, friendly staff and in-house delivery. They finished my custom shed very quickly and did not pressure me to take delivery until my sight was ready. My salesman Austin was great and the young man who delivered my shed was very hard working and detail oriented.
