Maybe one or two minutes less would have been perfect. I was mostly disappointed in the crust. It felt more German than Japanese. I was missing the airy yet super crispy crunch of japanese panko crumbs. The Tofu steak was very plain in my opinion and could benefited from some more crunch on the outside for more texture. The drinks unfortunately were lukewarm and had not one single cube of ice on a very warm summer day. SERVICE The staff friendly and service was fast and professional. No complaints. ATMOSPHERE I love the interior design. It went with the times and still had a touch of Japan. RATING The quality of the food was fine even though I think the technique could be improved to make the dishes stand out more. Currently it is very simple and not very exciting.
