This was a stressful situation for me and they were in tune with that. Then at the time of service, they were exceedingly helpful and did a exceedingly top par job! They saw to every need I had. They didn't miss a thing. And before they left, they sent pictures making sure all was OK because it was a move out project so I couldn't be there to check it because the carpeting was so wet from the shampooing they did. and this was all during a personal family time when the husband should have been with his wife instead of helping to do my apartment! I recommend them highly. Not only was he considerate, but he was also well-versed and highly businesslike in every way. Where do i start? The young lady that cleans my home is Marangely (Mara), I honestly can not say…read moreenough good things about her. First she is always on time and ALWAYS ready to get to work. She is so nice, she always asks how we are doing when she gets in the door. Any time we have a request she always says no problem, she is a very, very hard worker and never misses a thing. She always puts in the full 3 hours that she is expected to be here and when she leaves the house is perfectly cleaned from top to bottom, you can tell she really takes pride in her work. In the time she has been cleaning our home she is by far the best we have ever had, we have had other cleaning services and many people clean our home and not one of them can touch her. When it comes to having someone clean our home there are three things that i hate and drive me crazy 1. When someone comes to my home to clean and all they care about is getting out of my home as fast as possible, these people ALWAYS miss things and do a unaccepable job and the reason why is they dont care it is as simple as that, this has happened with other cleaners from MaidPro who have cleaned my home. 2. When someone comes to clean and all they do is complain, you would be suprised to hear what some of the people who have cleaned my home in the past have said to me and in front of me just obnoxious. 3. when doing a check after a clean and the counters or table is sticky! or the toilet is not clean! after all what am i paying for, simple things like that should never be missed. Mara has never done any of these things, she works very very hard every minute she is here she never complains and honestly Never missed a thing. In plain words she is a superstar and we would be thrilled if she was the only person to ever clean our home. Not only does she deserve a bonus she deserves a raise. Robert Trombino
