They were very respectful of our belongings, worked carefully around our cat, and were incredibly kind and patient with our very curious three-year-old who kept checking in on what they were doing. One of the nicest touches was how they organized her bed, arranging all of her stuffed animals in a playful, fun way that absolutely made her day. Those little personal details really stood out. The entire team was friendly, hardworking, and thorough, and the house looked amazing when they were done. Truly a great group of people who did an outstanding job. Highly recommend.

Shannon responded to my inquiry within hours and was able to schedule a visit to the home 2 days later. She willingly worked with me to stay within my budget and we were all thrilled with the results. Shannon and another lovely woman spent all day scrubbing cabinets and appliances inside and out, floors, bathrooms - everything was sparkling when they were done - even the soapy shower doors and grimy old wall oven! They were a delight to have in the home. Shannon gave me a very reasonable price to return to clean periodically - I'm thinking that I'll gift that to my busy kids for special occasions! Our cleaner was okay at first and then did an unsatisfactory quick job, obviously rushing to leave. We gave her an X-mas gift after a few weeks and she never thanked us. I used them for approximately 6 months. They charged $365 per cleaning. Usually the person cleaning was there 3.5 hours. We gave the cleaner a cash tip of $60. On more than one cleaning I have had to go over what was cleaned i.e. bathroom vanity, sink, toilet. The last cleaning in August I took photos and sent them to the office to show how inadequate the service was. Especially for the price. No response. I then suspended the service and was told that I would have to pay any how because they needed a months notice. I then clarified that I am beginning a renovation project and therefore would not need the service until project complete. There was an offer to come back to re-clean but I don't have extra time to spend waiting on someone to spend another 3 hours or whatever to clean what should have been done the correctly at the time of service. The customer service is lacking and I do believe that two ppl should assigned to my home given its size. I could get this quality for half the price.
