I looked over the emailed contact and it asked for money day of service. I expected to pay after services not before same day of course. Since she asked for cash since this was a move out, I didn't have much to offer as a deposit. She asked for a credit card and starts strong arming me telling me I will lose valuable days not being able to sell. Originally she wouldn't accept a credit card or check due to us moving out. I told her this wasn't drug transaction, she would have my key and a contract. I get her side but business is business. I'd rather lose a day or two vs potential to get ripped off. What if she never did the job, or did a bad one, what would have been my recourse? I guess I'll never find out! Ironically, I moved right down the street from her and was hoping to hire her team for the new house. Buyer beware.

They were very respectful of our belongings, worked carefully around our cat, and were incredibly kind and patient with our very curious three-year-old who kept checking in on what they were doing. One of the nicest touches was how they organized her bed, arranging all of her stuffed animals in a playful, fun way that absolutely made her day. Those little personal details really stood out.
