I wanted to update my review since I'm still using this service and have been for about six months. I am very satisfied and have my next four cleanings scheduled already. Super Green Cleaning has always done an amazing job. Nizia and her team of assistants clean quickly but thoroughly, and are respectful and not obtrusive - which is important since I work from home and often must be on a phone call, etc. They are good with my dog, who generally does not like 'outsiders' in the home - but he does really well with them. The house looks great and smells fresh, and seems to stay clean longer than if I clean myself. We have been using this service for about 6 months now and are very satisfied. Maggie and Gardenia worked for eight continuous hours; cleaning every closet, window, doorknob and appliance. At the end of the day I couldn't have been more pleased with the condition of moms house. I seriously wish i had read Hillary K's review before engaging this company. The first 1-2 cleans were fairly ok. The rest were a complete waste of my time and money and i absolutely feel like a fool. The last straw was coming into the house (after it had been "cleaned" and i was promptly billed $125) to find out i still had to thoroughly clean the two spare bathrooms, empty the trashcans myself and mop the kitchen floors. The owner comes to the clean the first couple of times and then delegates the other cleanings to her girls who obviously are too lazy to do anything other than pick up the check. I got another cleaning service who go so far as the polish the hand rails and leather couches for about half the cost. There is nothing super green about this service, and they certainly don't clean anything, other than your wallet that is. read more

This company has cleaned my house twice. I have a 4 year old and 2 1/2 year old twins...AND a yellow lab. So their work is cut out for them. The price is a little higher than I'm used to, but I have been happy with them thus far. Nizia is very receptive to any comments or requests. I reached out to this company after reading a positive review here on Yelp. My husband and I recently purchased a home and we wanted to utilize Super Green Cleaning's move-in cleaning service prior to our move. I called and made the arrangements, making sure to give a ball park square footage figure, as well as a heads-up to bring any extension cleaning equipment for high shelves and ledges. As we were not yet living at the house, I put my complete trust in the company to do a thorough cleaning in our absence. After a 7-hour day, Super Green Cleaners advised me they had finished and promptly e-mailed us a bill for around $600. My husband went to the house that evening after work and was disappointed to find that there were several surfaces that hadn't been dusted, our kitchen cabinets had crumbs and dried, spilled food still inside, the refrigerator was dirty, and the laundry room hadn't been cleaned at all. To the company's credit, when I contacted them about this, they offered to come back to the house to re-do whatever we found to be unsatisfactory; however, after a lot of thought, my husband and I decided that we would rather not deal with Super Green Cleaners anymore, especially since so much needs to be re-cleaned. We are very disappointed with the job they did and we learned an expensive lesson. We won't be using them again. read more
