After a while, they connected me with the distributor (which their site says they will not do) and that was Elmora Healthcare. To be fair, the customer service person with whom I spoke - he and I had a language barrier and in the end, I saw that he was trying to help me so no fault there. Once I was transferred to Elmora Healthcare I spoke with Ben Hertz, the manager and third generation in the family to run the business who assured me that the site was credible and gave me numerous ways to verify that. He proceeded to tell me where I could get further info on the chair I wanted and offered info on a scooter as well. He was extremely knowledgeable about challenges that disabled individuals face and answered my questions before I asked them. Once I got to NYC I decided to call them to thank them for their assistance as the chair was perfect and exactly as described. It was after hours but Ben answered. He was clearly out at an event but still took the time to tell me the ins and outs of the chair and let me know that I could call him anytime if there was ever a problem. When it was time to leave he called me to ask if I had been satisfied. This very long review is my testament to exactly how satisfied I was! I plan on using them any time I return to NYC. I have wandered by this Walgreens many times but never stepped foot in it until yesterday. Overall, this Walgreens is very well maintained. Kudos to the cashier in the makeup department who made it a point t call over customers when she saw the line at the main cashier was getting a bit long. I liked seeing the teamwork between the two (and it made the lines go much faster). There's ample parking in the lot in front of the store and there are a few places to eat nearby including a Wendy's and Don Alex. I'd say Walgreens is best for very specific items (such as Distilled Water, $2 for 2!) but not so much for others (some of the toys are way overpriced). They use a high/low pricing model so you should really only shop here if the specific items you want are on sale or if you are using coupons. Yes, it's annoying to keep track of them and to have to use them for very specific brands or categories of items, but a deal is a deal! I have no shame checking out, getting a receipt with coupons, and turning right back around to buy the items with the coupons I just earned. I came to this particular location because, you guessed it, my boyfriend had Extra Care Bucks coupons. It's a pretty large store so I believe they have a good selection of products, however, I spent most of my time in the snack and food aisles so I can't say for certain. They have a decent sized parking lot so you won't have an issue finding a spot. I noted a sign outside that said they offer flu and COVID-19 vaccines. Initially some of our coupons didn't work because we used the wrong CVS card number. The cashier was a bit uncertain at first but he eventually sorted everything out. I've come in several times now, and it's never looked untidy or dirty. It seems to be staffed the times I'm there, usually at peak times. I've come in for various items and always had my pick of products to choose from. The staff are business polite and really that's all I need. I've, however, never been asked whether I require help. Not a big deal to me but might matter to you. My rating is a 3 however because a few weeks back I attempted to do a same-day delivery order via Postmates. First off, it wasn't clear that the same-day delivery was not directly via the store itself but rather Postmates. Second, they accepted my order, allegedly packed it and had it ready and waiting for pickup. The order was placed and accepted at 3pm. It was ready to be retrieved by 4pm. My Postmate went to the location, only to call me and tell me the store was closed. It was now 5pm. I checked the corporate website, Google Maps and Yelp and all the hours said they closed at 12am. As it was around Christmas/New Years, I chalked it up to a mishap and let customer service know so that they'd refund my credit card, which they did. Then a few days later, my partner went to the store himself. Again we double-checked the hours, gets there and sends me a picture showing the new posted hours and directions to the nearest 24 hour location. It was after 5pm and the store was once again closed. I went there myself a few days later and saw the new posted hours, and yet there's been no mention of the hours change on the store website. I know everywhere has a staffing shortage. My beef is that they're still advertising being open until 12am, when that isn't the case. So long as I only need them between 8a and 5p, I'll come here for my pharmacy needs, but I'm definitely annoyed by the last few interactions I've had with them and so yes, 3 stars only for this location.

Also they have started encasing alot of things in locked plexiglass so you need a worker to unlock it to get certain products which can be a little irritating and sometimes I just prefer to go to another location that doesn't do this.
