With a little research, I found this meal prep service. I was really excited by the selection, so I ordered 8 meals for next week. I hope I enjoy the meals.

First time trying fufu and egusi and it was so good! I had no idea egusi was made from melon seeds,…read morebut somehow it tasted exactly like I thought it would. Super flavorful and savory without being too salty, and the goat and beef was pretty tender! The fufu was also really good. I was a little worried I wouldn't like the texture and that it would change as it cooled. But the texture reminded me a lot of fresh mochi, and it stayed just as sticky and stretchy as it cooled. I definitely want to come back and try all of their other dishes!

5 Stars - Unforgettable Soul Food Experience!…read more If you're looking for soul food that truly feeds both your stomach and your soul, look no further than Amira's Taste of Soul! I recently had the pleasure of booking Chef Amira for a private dining experience, and let me tell you--it was nothing short of amazing. From the moment she arrived, her professionalism and warm personality set the tone for an incredible meal. The attention to detail was evident in every dish, and you could taste the love and passion she pours into her cooking. We started with her signature salmon, shrimp, and mussel pasta in a wine lemon cream sauce, and it was absolute perfection. The seafood was fresh, the pasta was cooked just right, and the sauce was rich, creamy, and bursting with flavor. Every bite felt like a decadent treat. But the real showstopper? Her fried chicken and collard greens--crispy, perfectly seasoned, and paired with greens that had just the right balance of smokiness and spice. And let's not forget dessert--the peach cobbler was warm, buttery, and the perfect sweet ending to the meal. Beyond the incredible food, Chef Amira made the experience personal and memorable. She took the time to explain the inspiration behind each dish, making the meal feel even more special. If you're thinking about booking her as a private chef, DO IT. Whether it's a special occasion or just a reason to treat yourself, Amira's Taste of Soul is an experience you won't forget. I'm already looking forward to my next meal! I was going to leave a picture under here but we ate the food Before that could Happen. Would highly recommend--10/10!

AND as someone who loves a good deal - she also has a loyalty program!! If you're looking for cost efficient and tasty prepared meals, give Amira's a try. You won't be disappointed!

He ordered the Burnt Ends dinner with Green Beans and Collard Greens When it came and I opened the container, it smelled so good. I will say that I like my burnt ends more charred than these pieces were. They were very tender when eaten and maybe too saucy for me but they were still good. The green beans and collards were seasoned just right. Apparently there was supposed to be some cornbread or toast with our order but we didn't get any. That kinda sucks. He got the House Smoked Sausage Dog topped with grilled onions and peppers along with a side of krinkle-cut fries. He ate the fries immediately but kept the sausage dog for a few days in the fridge before reheating it in the oven and consuming it. He said it was still good. He also got their Potato Skins (potatoes halves, cheddar cheese, bacon bits) with sour cream and salsa. He stated that these were just ok but it satisfied his hunger at the moment. I'd try them again. The food was good and I'd like to try other items.
