First time through to this place. I usually do my own oil but today I'm in the Mrs. Car and it's low to the ground, hot outside and don't want to deal with it. Decided to stop through Take 5 instead of Jiffy Lube because they said it would take only 15 minutes. It's actually pretty interesting, you sit in the car while they work on it. The guy taking care of me is named Jason, very personable, very kind and walked me through everything and made sure I knew exactly what was being done to the car and what the prices would be for everything. Prices are pretty standard for a place that does oil, but the service here is really great. In and out in about 20 minutes with oil change, oil filter, new wiper blades and air filter. Because it was our first time through we got $5 off our engine air filter. Will be coming back again whenever this vehicle needs oil done. read more

Great customer service! I was literally at home looking for a drive thru oil change (i didn't know these existed honestly) and the first one to pop up was Take 5 and they have coupons available to use so i went with this one! When i pulled up i was greeted by a nice man who got me in right away. Chris and his team helped me with the oil change and they did such a great job! I was surprised how fast they were. Great place to stop for State Inspection. Both my wife and I have gone at separate times on the weekend, which is great they have such good hours on the weekend, and gotten in and out fairly fast. The cost is the same as anywhere, but the speed and availability of the place is what sold us. Can't speak for any of the other services, but at least for State Inspections this is a great choice. read more

I put 1 star because there isn't an option for 0. My wife took one of the cars in for a inspection and got it back with the wrong odometer reading. They took it away and brought her back a new one. The next day I went to register my vehicle and they STILL entered the wrong odometer reading. They show terrible attention to detail or at least a lack of a care for the quality of work they stand behind. Will not be returning there again. I'd rather pay for the job to be done again by a competent individual that will get the job done correctly. read more

After a heavy handed up-sell, I was pretty much shamed that I just wanted the "cheap stuff" regular oil change. I got my oil changed a few months ago and i began having issues with my car 2000 miles before i was supposed to get my oil changed again. Took it to a mechanic and they told me there was barely any oil and the oil that was there was as black as my key fob. With "five minute" I wonder if my oil was even changed at all! read more

Visited this shop today for a TX state inspection. When I arrived at 2:15pm, all three bays were empty. A gentleman came over and instructed me to park behind one of the bays and wait. He then proceeded to walk over to McDonalds. All the while, three other guys were standing around doing nothing but throwing me some side eye and smoking their cigarettes and vape pens. Nobody asked if I had been helped. Nobody came over to perform the inspection. During this time, 5 other vehicles pull up and line up. Those poor souls. 15 minutes later the first guy comes back and begins to eat his burger, fries, and shake. He finally came over and ran my inspection. Listen, I appreciate the fact that everybody deserves a break, but I would have appreciated if he told me it would be a few minutes before he would be able to perform the service. So much for 5 minutes. More like 30 minutes. At 2:45pm he pulls my car forward and I walk over to meet him on the other side. He said, and I quote "Seriously man? Don't walk through my fucking shop. Its 25 bucks. How are you paying?" Such god awful service here. Not to mention that none of these guys were wearing masks. Only good thing to come out of this experience was the fact that I passed inspection. read more

I would not recommend using this company for oil change services. There are three reasons. One, I was told to drive my car into the service bay and then I was told by an attendant that I could not leave the vehicle until the oil change was completed. It gets hot when you can't run your AC and you are sitting in a garage for twenty minutes. Second, their prices - especially for the synthetic service - are outrageous. The bill for an oil change was approximately $96.00 for a normal passenger sedan. Third, the quality of their work is suspect - they left numerous bugs and streaks when they cleaned the windshield. I am concerned that if they can't clean a window effectively are they doing a competent job in the oil change itself. Don't be held hostage by these folks - look for alternatives. read more
