I was a bit hesitant about going to a quick service oil change. I have always gone to a full service shop. Instantly I felt better when I was greeted with an iced bottle of water and a genuine welcome from one of the technicians. They explained their policies and shoes me my options. No pressure to upswell me on other items. They were mentioned and I did do the air filter when I watched them take my old One out and I saw that it did need replaced. They were quick but efficient with all they did. They have a top off service for the next 3 months if I need any fluids topped off. A follow up email the next day asking for my critic of their service. I will not hesitate to go back again and recommend them to others. read more

One word, Professional! I have been getting oil changes at quick drive-through places for decades but this one is a keeper. The guys here are polite, quick, informative, and efficient. Their pleasant attitudes and attention to detail are a cut above the other places I've experienced. After offering a bottle and finishing your oil, they top off fluids and check the air in your tires, even clean the windshield, send discount coupons via email and there's even a military discount of 25%,. Start to finish 16 minutes total!! Nice job and kudos to Seth and the crew. I had an appointment at 11AM today and the shop was closed when I arrived. After a phone call I was told that the staff did not show up.

Oil and filter change before 2 month trip out west, returned, upon doing next oil/filter service, found they had forced the wrong filter on to my Ram p/u, so the new filter would not screw on correctly, leaked like a sieve. Ended up costing me $400 in towing and repairs (new oil filter connector replacement). A bunch of incompetent amateurs! read more

This may be the second one of these I've ever done in my entire life. I had the oil changed and the engine coolant flushed a couple of weeks ago. The engine started to run hot extremely hot my air-conditioning shut off and the engine was near overheating and destruction. Mind you it's 90° out and the A/C had shut off and I'm dripping sweat. I stopped the vehicle turned off the engine stood beside it. The young man in charge failed to grasp the concept of of being unbearable in the car and demanded I get in and stay in the car. I said I would wander over to The store next door and stay cool. A qualified manager would directed me to put then car in a parking spot and take care of myself and get in a cool Location. Instead he told me I was being rude and he wouldn't service my vehicle. I asked him to clarify and he turned and chested up in an obvious physical challenge and told me to go away he would not work on my car he would let the engine burn up first.I did what I suppose I should have done to begin with and went to Auto Zone and bought enough coolant to fill the air bubble created when Take 5 did the coolant flush a couple weeks ago. I called the 800 number at the Take 5 corporate office and left a Voice mail asking for a return call. Two hours later and I've not heard from them. I want the $30 back thatmoki read more

These guys are great. They replaced and serviced my diesel truck with my own oil and oil filter that I brought with me and performed the same checkpoints as they would for a full service. I'm happy their service. read more

Dudes are assholes and rough with your car. Wouldn't recommend unless it's last resort. Wish I went to Walmart to save money live better. Customer service is Jin existent. Can't speak for service itself but wouldn't surprise me if engine is leaking oil after we're done. read more

Whenever I go have my oil change, I provide my own oil. I was charged $49.99 for Take 5 (Foley, Alabama) to change my oil. That would be a good deal if i bought the oil and filter that was provided by Take 5, but keep in mind that I provided my own oil and filter. Before you tell me that I am paying for convenience, it was an hour wait. I could understand it if the trucking company charges more to deliver it since the price of gas may be a little higher, but again I provided my own oil and filter. Seems like Take 5 is doing their best to take advantage of their customers. I am sorry but I will not be going back to Take 5. read more

Over priced. Most unmotivated employees I've ever seen. Took 2 hours for a 30 minute oil change.

I have used them twice. First time only one car in the shop that has 3 bays. I had to wait 15 minutes while the technicians serviced and flirted with the female driver before they would even begin draining the oil from my vehicle. Second and last time I had to wait 10 minutes before I was allowed to pull on to the EMPTY bay. It is a clown show watching 4 technicians service one vehicle while not even starting another. Yelling to each other every about how much oil or which filter to install like the are Waffle House server placing an order with the cook. if you like dog and pony shows this is your place. read more

Usually do my oil changes at home. Got lazy before a family road trip and decided to spend the bucks to have oil changed by Take 5 prior to our trip. Had oil changed and headed out. After 3,000 miles I decided to give oil a change at home. Upon getting under truck I noticed oil all over rear oil pan on engine extending to transmission oil pan. I mean a lot of oil. Shocked thinking I must have a leaky rear main seal I continued with the oil change. Upon looking closer I found the drain plug was finger tight. The leak was seepage around the loose oil plug. It's a miracle the plug held somehow and that Take 5's lack of attention to detail didn't cost me an engine. I'll never use another oil change business again. Be very wary of Take 5. read more

Express oil change and tire has great customer service and also had the oil I wanted for my vehicle. Express oil change and tire in Daphne is my go to place now. Went to the Foley store and got in and waited 45 min and asked for the manager to ask why and when I could expect to have my car oil change. They were only doing one car at a time. He said it would be another 15 min or so. Heck I was already waiting in the bay for 45 min. I could not figure out why when I pulled into the bay he didn't tell me I would be waiting 1 hour. They had 3 bays. He also said they were training new employees. JUST TELL CUSTOMERS WHAT EXPECT. Is that so hard!!!!! Give me a break. I Had To leave since I didn't know how much longer. DO NOT GO. My 75 year old mother paid $99 for an oil change for her 2017 Ford Escape at Take 5 in Foley and got terrible customer service. After the oil change, Brandon (maybe a manager?) told her that he was unable to turn off the oil change warning light in the vehicle and that she would need to go to YouTube to watch a video to turn it off herself! I called the phone number listed on the invoice and got a call back from a manager in Mobile. As I was explaining the situation he cut me off, denied that's what the technician said and that the technician would never say that-- he explained that what they are supposed to say is: sometimes the oil change light comes on after the oil change (if it was not already on when the service was done) and in that case it can be turned off manually by watching a video on YouTube. I assured him that's not what he told my mom, and it's not what happened because the light was already on indicating an oil change was needed. The manager on the phone said he would get back to me AND I NEVER GOT A CALL BACK. The oil change light is still on in my mom's car and I'm not watching a video to turn it off after $100 oil change, I'll take it to Moyer Ford and they will kindly help I'm sure. This is so unreasonable; not only terrible customer service, but if they are in the oil change business and don't know how to turn the oil change light off in one of the most common cars on the road then I don't recommend giving them your business. read more
