Little Shop of Horrors - "As I was leaving the store to hit the road, my car almost didn't stop and…read moreI almost drove onto traffic." (Long Read) On April 1st, 2024 I brought in my car because i noticed a brake fluid leak. After inspection I was advised it needed a new Master Cylinder. I pick up the car the next day and immediately notice it takes longer to stop when pressing on the brakes, and I have to press the brake longer and deeper. As I was leaving the store to hit the road, my car almost didn't stop and I almost drove onto traffic. The useless store manager got in the car with me to test drive the car, asking me 'what's wrong'? How could he not know? don't they test drive their cars after repairs to make sure they are safe? Manager says he felt something wrong as we approached a stop sign, but then keeps commenting 'they feel fine to me' or 'I don't see anything wrong with them'. During the test drive he gets a phone call where he states 'yeah, I need to get better mechanics in here. The ones I have are not working out' - that was not very reassuring. When we get back to the store he tells me to leave the car there for further inspection. The next day I call and speak with Paul, the service manager, for a status update. Paul advises he felt the issue when test driving the car and will see what went wrong. He suggests the brakes may need to be bled again. I decided to let them work and see when they'd get done with the work. I called for an update 2 days later, Paul advises they need to replace the brake master cylinder and rebleed the brakes. I called 2 days after that, Paul advises they are just getting the piece in. At this point I thought it was weird for them to keep the car this long since it sounds like a simple repair for an 'experienced mechanic'. I felt there was something off and they weren't telling me something. On April 6th I reached out to the Director of Operations Will Michaux. Will reached out to them and per their standards the car was ready by 12pm. I get there, the rep behind the counter advises everything was checked and double checked and everything is working fine. I test drive the car - it's a little better, but the brakes are still not safe to drive. I decide to leave, cut my losses and let someone else check the brakes since they may keep the car another month to bleed the brakes properly. If you plan to have major repairs done here, don't. For the safety of you, your family and other drivers, don't do it. Go to a locally or family owned shop instead. The store manager - a joke The service manager - a joke I will finish with the following, and I want you to read the next sentence very carefully before you decide to have any major repairs done here: It was perfectly fine for this business to let a customer drive away with faulty brakes. Would you trust a business who did that with your car...and your life?

Would not recommend. I purchased a starter and had this company come out to replace. They claim…read morethat they recommended at my appointment a diagnostic to my partner which was not true. They only offered a diagnostic after they replaced the starter and stated it was the battery. When they finished the replacement they told us to replace the battery, which we did, but the car continued to not turn over after multiple attempts. My partner took the car to another mechanic in town to see what else could be wrong. Mechanic in town stated that whoever put the starter in put it in incorrectly, they cross threaded the starter, and now the part is no longer useful. When I reached out to the company for a refund regarding the service they kept stating they offered a diagnostic, which again was not true, and they blamed the part and not the individual preforming the service. They basically only offered to charge me more for coming out again to check their own work, only offering to waive appointment fee. Again I would not recommend this company

As a mobile mechanic, we come to the vehicle so you can skip out on paying tow truck rates. Not to mention, we bill $50 hourly compared to a shop ($120+), so you can rest assured you’re getting a good deal for great service. We can do just about anything and work on majority of vehicles, motorcycles, along with machines such as ATV's, lawn equipment, etc. If it has an engine we can definitely take a look at it to see if we can figure out what's needed.
