Great location & I took both of my vehicles a 2014 ford escape that I use as a work car & 2023 ford f-150 as a personal to get 4 brand new tries & had no issues at all been over a month & the day my truck was ready. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!! took my truck there for a radiator flush and they didn't even do a radiator flush but still charged me $150 and my thermostat housing was leaking when I got it back. then my sister takes her car there to get freon put in after just paying to put a new ac compressor on they over filled it and told her it's working for now then she brought it back after it went out in like a week and they ripped the wires off of it and told her the brand new ac compressor wasn't even turning on because the wire wasn't even connected but was connected and cutting on before she left to bring it there. read more

Work was never done, and I never received a phone call back. I had made an appointment the day before dropled my car off at 7 PM for the alignment to be complete around two or three the following day after confirming that with Pierre at the shop. I called at 2 o'clock and spoke with Nick who said it had not been done yet, but he would call me back in a few minutes and work me in the rotation. I never heard from him and I stopped at the shop at 5:30. The car was still in the original parking spot and they claim they were just gonna pull it in to do a quick alignment. I politely asked for the keys and left. I don't want to hear excuses about we're shortstaffed or all the other reasons. If you tell somebody you're going to do some thing you make sure that it gets done or at least call them and say there is a problem and it can't get done on time And give them some options. read more

I shared this on Google Reviews, but want to spare anyone else experiencing what I and others have here too. TERRIBLE! I am extremely disgusted by the services I received today. I had an appointment at 8:00 a.m. for an oil change. I made my appointment well in advance. They promptly took my car back for service. I knew they began working on it because my car sends bluetooth alerts to my phone when it has been cut on and off. They come out shortly after that saying I needed a new tire, and doing their usual upselling. I agreed to get the tire. This was all before 9:00 a.m. When I was ready to ask for my keys back; regardless if the services had been completed or not, I looked out into the car bay and saw my car up in the air still! This was at 10:30 a.m. I was legit trapped. I didn't not leave until 10:57 a.m. I probably would have been still sitting there IF I didn't go speak with the person at the counter, and mentioned I had been there since 8:00 a.m. It took nearly three hours for them to change my oil and change a tire. What really showed their poor customer service was, there was no mentioned of a coupon, deduction in overall cost for my wait. Just a sorry, "Thank you for being patient." Then they asked me did I want to get a Firestone card. Following up asking do I want to donate to a charity. I get to my car, and the seat was pushed all back and they left the service paper in there. These two things, I would normally overlook but today it just adds to the appalling service I received. I have shared this with a few other people looking to get service, and they have made appointments else where. I plan to share on my social media too because no one deserves this type of service. I have called corporate and am now waiting for a response from the store manager. My recommendation is to close, send everyone to get properly trained, then reopen with a new staff who cares about the customer experience. Do not ignore the low reviews. read more

Travelling back home from Orlando to Canada, our car broke down in Columbia, SC and while they we're already overbooked, they managed to fix our car in less than four hours so that our family could be back on the road quickly! I set an appointment for 8 a.m. for some follow up work on my power steering wheel. I came early with the hopes of leaving early. There was no one in when I came in. The guy told me it would take an hour. It's 10:40 and I'm still here. Around 9:30 he told me that they were almost done. The latest update, that I received after requesting it, is that there is an air pocket or something that needs to be resolved before the car is ready. My thing is, why tell me it would take an hour when there's a possibility it would take longer? They did end up finding another problem, but fixed it with no charge. I finally got out of there at 11:30 and I wasn't charged anything because of the long wait. read more

Don't take your car here... they are going to waist your time and try to overcharge you.... Took my car here for some break work. They "couldn't get the lug nuts off" and said it'll be extra 80 to break them off and replace the ones that needed replacing. Didnt sound right, so I said ill get them off and bring it back. Got a whole new set of lug nuts, for under $50 might I add, took them off myself and took it back up there. It was only two that gave me trouble, really!? Get back there bright and early before the doors opened, first in line, for them to tell me it'll be a 2hr wait before being seen, so I asked could I make an appointment and he said it'll still be a 2hr wait before being seen even with an appointment. Checking the reviews before going would of saved me my time and the headache. They have the worst reviews and I see why. read more

I will NEVER go to this place again. (Warning: LONG POST) BEWARE!! I scheduled my car to be balanced through CarAdvise on 7/29/23. I get to the place and the gentleman checking me in was VERY rude and almost condescending like. Maybe it's because I'm a woman and he thinks I have no idea what's wrong with my car ‍. He asks what service Im coming in for. I tell him balancing. He then asks me how did I come to that conclusion? I explain the problems Im having with my car and he immediately cuts me off and says it's my brakes. I tell him that I just got a brake job done not too long ago and once again he immediately cuts me off and tells me I need to take the car back to where I got the brake job done. Im pissed off at this point but I go ahead and leave my car. Bad idea! CarAdvise sends me a list of services they want to do on my car. They didn't do what I asked but instead performed a brake inspection and rotated my tires. I had already had my tires rotated 2 weeks ago when I got my oil changed. They didn't even ask me if I wanted that done. They sent me a list of things to do for my car that totaled to $1,864.10! So I declined all services (duh!) Around 3pm that evening the same gentlemen calls me and asks why I declined the services that were sent to CarAdvise? I tell him that I was not expecting to pay that much when all I wanted was balancing. Then he proceeds to gloat in a childlike manner that he told me so that something was wrong with my brakes and no balancing needed to be done. I was over it and went to get my car. I did not drive my car the next day but today 7/31/23 I went out to run an errand and when I turned on my air it sounds like a leaf blower! Not to mention a black broken piece was found on my floor on the passenger side of the car! My car is also profusely leaking a clear fluid all over my driveway. These people did something to my car because it was NOT like this when I took it there. I made a video of the sound of my air but I can't post it on this review. I also posted this to google if you would like to see the pictures. Iam very disappointed about my experience. Kindness goes a long way and this gentleman lacked the customer service and care that is needed in this type of business. People are already stressed out about their cars and don't need anymore headache. With that being said I wont be returning and hopefully other people will not bring them service. UPDATE 8/1/23 My wife checked my ac blower motor today and found out that the mechanics undid my brackets (broken black piece) and placed a piece of paper inside the blower causing it to make the noise. Had an appt today, and a confirmation email for the appt... Got to the store and paperwork guy said, no it was not confirmed even when I showed him the confirmation email. He said, "we were too busy to call you and tell you the email was not valid." When I told him Firestone's process is broken and they're likely to lose customers... like me, who uses Firestone almost exclusively, he said he knew the process was broken and had been telling people that. I suggested that instead of telling "people" he tell his management. From the curt rudeness of this dude, and how he tried to talk over me as I asked questions, I assume this is not a single occurrence of the problem, but something he has to explain to customers often. I also assume they are not just too busy to contact customers when they cancel a confirmed appointment, but they are also too busy to train their 'service' people in customer 'service.' read more

I absolutely positively love this Firestone... I will not go to any other Firestone but to this one they treat you with respect, they are honest about what's going on with your car and what they can fix and they tell you what needs to be fixed first. If I could give negative stars I would, my husband shipped rims mounted to tires for his truck to this establishment who was supposed to put them on. After they received the tires we dropped our truck off and over an hour later received a call that the new wheels/rims would not fit the truck and we're not compatible. So we went and picked up and asked some questions so we knew what to do about either getting new tires or going to another store that could mount them and the employee was incredibly rude. After a few questions he rolled his eyes and said "apparently I'm not explaining this well enough so let me get someone who can." Let me start off by saying that I have spent thousands at FIRESTONE over the years, however, I doubt I will ever return again. I was at this location (sams crossing by lowes) on Tuesday night. I walked in needing a set of tires rotated. Was not acknowledged for at least 10 minutes, the poor tech that came from the shop area, came in and started to ask me if he could help me. D.J. Told him to get back in the shop and take care of that oil change. A few minutes later, D.J.finished up his nan-chellant conversation about shocks with a guy that wasnt really interested in buying them anyway. When he finally looked up, he asked, "what do you want" to which I responded "tire rotation" he said, "we dont have time for that shit tonight" I then responded about standing in line, and then not taking any more customers before 6:15 pm. He unloaded on me, I asked to speak with the mgr, to which he responded, I am the F&)@$ng manager. I asked him not to cus at me, etc. he kept going off. I called Firestone and reported it, they told me that store doesnt have a gm, or any other manager. That the area manager would call me the following day. Today is Thursday, still no call. Obviously the area manager as well as Firestone Corporate dont care. read more

Made an appointment online on 1/17/2019 to have tires replaced on 1/19/2019, based on a quote I received. Received confirmation of my request including the quote. Arrived today for the typical "bait and switch". If the tires were not in stock I should have received an email or phone call indicating this. They had more than enough time to check their inventory, instead my time has been wasted! read more
