Will preface by saying I have gotten an oil change here before but didn't need one today. Pulled in the (totally empty) parking lot to finish up a call for work that would have been over in under 5 minutes and got very harshly told that I had to move because that was private parking. Totally get it if it was a busy place, but it wasn't. Would have had absolutely no issue if he was polite but will NEVER take my car here again simply because he was a complete jerk. Never in my life have I left an oil change feeling like the employees cared about me and my car, it was a very unexpected experience for me this morning and very appreciated! A manager named Adam, who never mentioned his rank, personally opened the second bay door for me instead of leaving me waiting outside in line. He took care of my truck himself, was super real and down to earth, put up with my silly stories in a kind way. Instead of trying to upsell me on things, he gave me honest recommendations on new filter purchases in the future, then took the time to show me how to replace my cabin air filter. Stopped by this place to check my tire pressure and was accused of coming there for this "free" service all the time. This was the first time I visited this place. I offered to pay but then I was screamed at. I thank the one gentleman who aired my tires and pulled up to a parking space, got out on my crutch, and hopped over to find out why I was treated the way I was treated. I asked for the owner or the company business card and I was told they didn't have any contact information. If you know me, you know I don't PLAY about customer service. 10 minute oil change took us the hole day Had to take it some where else after I watched The oil change employee use 5 different sockets under the hood They clearly didn't have the right one to do the job And said that the oil pan bolt and oil filter bolt was rounded off and they didn't have the right tools to fix the problem they clearly created We may try them again someday , but since we took everything to Walmart and they did $30 labor We broke even So a 10 minute oil change took us the whole day! read more

Came for oil change only. Took out my air filter n asked if I wanted it changed n I said no. They didn't put it in right and I ended up with a check engine light with code P0172 for MAF. It really was just because they didn't reset or put in the air filter the right way. If they ask if you want a new air filter n you say no make sure you check it's in right please. Went in for a Premium oil change on 9/16/25. Mind you I've been here before and had no problem. The girl that was on my car did her little spill about me needing a new air filter. Which I didn't. Mind you the first time I came her one of the mechanics told me if anybody ever tell me I need a new one they're lying. I declined the new air filter: Then the guy that's helping her says aw you have some subs in there huh? I'm like yea but thinking to myself like what's that you're concern just do my oil change. Long story short this dumb bitch didn't put my air filter back on correctly so now my check engine light is on. My boyfriend put it on his machine that's how he found that out. Came up here on 9/17/25 to speak to a manager who didn't give a care about it. He said let me put it on my machine and said the check engine light coming on had nothing to do with the oil change. I've never had any lights come on in my truck since I purchased this vehicle in 2023. I told him this a repeated pattern cause I read a review that literally had the same thing happen to them. Of course I got angry cause he blew me off so I said a few choice curse words. He told me to leave them started recording me like I gave a crap. I called corporate and found out it's not a franchise and that they'd have to let the upper management know about this and that they'd can choose to get back with me or not. If not, I can get a lawyer. I'm pissed and they ain't heard the last form me. Trust and believe me! read more

I called and asked the price of an oil change was told $49.95. Was not told about an additional mandatory $4.99 shop fee nor was this noted on any the signs in the bay. Seems like a very slimy way of doing business why not post and tell customers what the true price is? read more

This place put me out about $275 in car repairs. About a week after they changed my oil, I heard the sound of metal scraping the road as I was pulling off the highway. I immediately took it to a car repair shop where they removed the mangled remains of my access panel, a part which must be removed to change the oil. Suspicious. The first time I called Take 5 to inform them of the cost to repair it, the response was "That expensive? Isn't it just a little plastic piece?". No, I can assure you it was not 'a little plastic piece'. Given this response, my confidence in Take 5's ability to both order the correct part and install it securely was rather low. I requested they either pay me or the dealership to get it replaced correctly. After stalling on me for about a week, they finally told me the only thing they would do is order a new part and replace it themselves. In fact, they had already purchased a replacement part, and it was on its way. I said no thank you, and they can eat the cost of the part for all I care. Moral of the story: go to Jiffy Lube. read more
