Very happy I gave this mechanic shop a try. Vehicles are out of my personal knowledge base so I…read moretypically have my husband make decisions with me. After bringing my Trailblazer here I would feel completely comfortable making the decisions on my own. (see photos) They give a comprehensive file with pictures and additional insight to the problems, which is extremely helpful. There were a few questions I had about a couple recommended issues and Pete (who completed my inspection report) was able to clarify them with ease and honesty, so I was able to save money on not having to do that repair. It was more of a riding comfort suggestion so it wasn't a big deal since it doesn't bother me. I received a link to the reports via text and e-mail. For the estimate, you can go down the list, which included each cost, and just click "approve" if you want it done which is very convenient when you are at home. If you have questions call! Like I said above they are very easy to talk to and there was never any feel of pressure. Being pregnant during COVID is a concern but the inside was very clean including the shuttle service vehicle and I was very comfortable being there. They have a drink station there or Dunkin Donuts is next door. I also thought it was neat that they have a big picture window with bar height stools and counter that you can watch the mechanics in the shop. I don't think I've ever seen that before. After the repairs, I called around for other pricing estimates and CBA was around what others were. Some areas were less and some were slightly more. One being the fluid flushes. CBA was about $20-30 more expensive. I am a fairly frugal but I would still choose here versus saving $20 somewhere else, especially if you are getting other work done which could equal out the total price. Plus, you have the photos to prove why the repair needs to be done versus someone basically telling you to trust them.. This is now our first choice for automotive repairs. Good job Christian Brothers Auto, you exceeded my expectations.

Negative: lack of weekend times means you need to make transportation arrangements if you work 5 days / week. They have a shuttle service but I had to be doing several stops that day, so I did not ask how wide range it covers.

The price was reasonable and the turn around was pretty good for the work involved. I have had them do oil changes, tune ups and other repairs for my other vehicles and they had only given great service.

The staff were very friendly and the store was conveniently close. They told me about the standard charge up front for diagnosing the issue which is about $125 after taxes. I dropped the car off Saturday morning and about 3.5 hours later they called to tell be it was a bad spark plug and ignition coil which would cost about $490 and included the diagnostic charge. I was happy it was not something worse but it also seemed excessively spendy. If I wanted to replace all the spark plugs, I was looking at $1123. They were charging $53 a spark plug. The same exact brand and model cost $15 at your local auto supply store. I know they need to have a mark up but over 3 times? Labor was also I believe excessively charged. They took my car apart to diagnose it because they said they checked all the spark plugs. Why is it another 2.9 hours of labor to put it back together? Anyway, if you need to get your car fixed right away, bring it there and they can do it the next day with friendly staff. You will pay extra for that service though.

Yes! I highly recommend the Team at Perfect 10 Quick Lube…read more I went there years ago just being in the area and over on miles due for oil change. I was greeted warmly, offered coffee in the lobby, there's glass you can look thru in the bays to see the work being done not like a dealership where you can't see anything! They have a TV, its a kid friendly lobby, the staff then comes in shares what's going on with your vehicle and offers to change those items like the allergy filter most people dont even know is tucked away under dashes or in glove boxes with covers on them. Air filters, wiper blades mine were old so its a good one stop shop. They dont push, if you want it great if not they say ok perhaps next time trying to show you they want your return business and a relationship. While i see other reviews not so nice about staff. Let's be realistic folks its an industry that brings alot of young people to work, its a good college job for most. This particular shop though has a very high integrity owner! He pays them well so this has resulted in several people making it a career. Family owned small business by a Christian disabled gentleman who is salt of the earth! Give them a shot much has changed and they constantly work to better themselves and ask if there's anything they can do to serve us better as customers. Now, i am in retail so i understand people and realize we all look at reviews often making decisions from them and that's fair. At the same time its not a restaurant or a bad meal, its your automobile and when many of us have not had the money to update things bc we are scraping by. That doesn't make them rude, often times its our own conscience knowing we dont want to spend more and just get back on the road w as little out if pocket as possible. Thanks, i really hope you share my experience as ive gone there for years NOW so ive seen the ebon flows and changes all for the better! I drive from east bethel that's worth the drive! 5 stars guys keep up the great work and service! My kids and family appreciate the extra consideration of our safety on the road. Prices are also very fair when compared to franchise options with Union run shops this is NOT!
