When I arrived at 8am (the scheduled time) they informed me that the tires have not arrived and shouldn't until 3pm. Later that day the office manager called me and recommended a bunch of additional service but when asked how much each of the services were, the manager did not respond. I asked how much for the oil change and he said it was "included" Turns out to have been an extra 200ish bucks just for the oil.... Additionally after picking up my car, there was some very loud noises coming from the back breaks. I had to take off work the next morning to bring it back in. They let me know that both my back shocks were totally shot. I didn't have a single issue with them before my visit. I went inside to get a quote and the office manager had me sit in the waiting room as he serviced 4 different customers who walked in without appointments. I had to walk up after 40 minutes of being ignored and ask for my keys. I called after getting to work and the office manager said "sorry I'm busy right now" and hung up on me. Extremely overpriced, not great with communication, and pretty rude service. Go literally anywhere else!

I brought my car in for an oil change and brake pad replacement on Saturday. I had a coupon for a free set of wiper blades. While the tech was installing the blades, he let go of the wiper and it cracked my windshield. Sean assured me that they would take care of it by replacing the glass. I told him that my only concern was maintaining the 5-year windshield warranty that I bought for my car 3 years ago. He said that would be no problem at all. He was very apologetic and said that they would use whatever glass was necessary to uphold my warranty! He also said he would do whatever he needed to get me in ASAP. I left feeling comforted by that. Sean seemed genuine. On Monday, I called my warranty company to see what specifications needed to be met to uphold my warranty. They said that Safelite needed to use Subaru-certified glass. After that, called Safelite to make sure that they could obtain this glass. They said, "Absolutely! Not a problem at all". I called Sean to let him know. He sounded irritated by my phone call, but ultimately said, "whatever we need to do to keep your warranty, we will". He said he hadn't heard back from Safelite for setting up an appointment. I called back today (Tuesday) to see when they could replace the glass because this cracking is making me nervous. It gets bigger every day and I just want this to be over with. When I called today, Sean said, "Safelite has a lifetime warranty on their glass against all chips and cracks - for a lifetime! So you don't even need to worry about upholding your Subaru warranty". That sounded too good to be true, so I called Safelite and the lady laughed at the idea of a free lifetime warranty on cracks and chips. They had no such thing. I called Sean back and told him. He responded, "Look. We're not going to use Subaru glass. You're getting whatever Safelite puts on your car. You're getting a new free windshield! If you don't like that, you can call my district manager!" So I did, and the DM said the same thing. So now I have to go through my warranty company to get my windshield fixed, which will take 3-4 weeks (their soonest appointment is in July) because Monro Auto is being cheap and not restoring my glass to its prior condition, despite Safelite confirming that it's EASILY do-able. I would not recommend this business to anyone. What a shameful experience this has been.

They charged me $1,800.81, including $349.99 for the alternator part, $140 for one hour of labor, $644 for 4.6 hours to replace power steering lines, and other fees. Regardless they failed to resolve the power steering leak, which I had already reported. When I picked up the truck, the hood was bent, the prop rod was detached, rubber seals were torn, and tool marks were visible. The steering fluid was still leaking, and the wheel remained stiff. They scheduled a pickup for June 4 to inspect the issues and never showed up or followed up. After a second mechanic found several problems Irace never mentioned, I can confidently say I paid more for careless, incomplete work and now have a truck in worse condition than before. My car was having issues starting and they told me I had to get both an ignition cylinder lock and ignition switch and quoted $1200 to replace both. When I asked them to explain what's wrong with it, they made something up about a rod being broken and because of how the car was made I HAD to replace both parts, and they would've had to reprogram a new key. I spent 30 minutes researching and figured out they lied and I only needed the switch which is an extremely easy fix and I did not need to replace both. All I needed was a 10 minute YouTube video. They lied and tried to rip me off probably assuming a woman wouldn't know any better.
