I recently brought my Tesla Model 3 in, and they had about four people working on it. They cleaned it inside and out, and my car looked amazing when they finished. The entire process took around 10-15 minutes, which was impressive considering the quality of the work. I paid $47 for the wash and was so pleased with the service that I tipped the team. And yes, I paid for interior service. They just chose to do less than. I wish @yelp would allow customers to tag at least 3 direct referrals (within same category, of course) to subpar reviews. Customers can sit outside or inside during the wash. Once you pay, there is a number and that number is called once your car is completely ready! Also I had a concrete truck blow their concrete powder and dumping it all over my vehicle a day before this wash so it was time. I truly only expected this car wash to slightly help and planned to hand wash it myself after at a later date but now I DON'T HAVE TO my car is sparkling :D So happy with this place, only cost me $10! I got the tire shine too bc I did not understand the screen options (the other two options offered the free vacuum which is also awesome. However, because my entire life contents are in my car packed like Tetris, I unfortunately could not utilize those options). I upgraded to the tire shine and am so glad I did. My Prius and tires look amazing now. Almost did the bug wash too but frankly did not need it. The $10 wash was sufficient so I highly suggest this place. The young gentleman outside also btw, did a fantastic job! A younger african american man and young caucasian man.. (Sorry I never know what is politically correct anymore, some of my black friends HATE that term and I just call myself white, but I really wanted the correct boys to be recognized here so attempting to describe above^). Both were awesome and scrubbed so hard they actually tried HARD to get the bug massacre off the front of my car. Usually you just see kids haphazardly doing it and shrug it off but nope. They did a great job so I hope their boss see this. I didn't see an area with a tip option and would suggest that please. They deserve to be tipped for their hard work. Being recognized for that at that age is something I think is super important to create a continued good work ethic path into their adulthood so I hope they get some praise. I love tipping and giving my money to places and people that deserve it. Keep up the good work! The brushes tend to be a little abrasive on my car, and I don't feel the wax job shines up the swirly's or light scratches. The vacuums are always working, and they have best suction of any car wast I use, to clean my carpet. I do like that they have clean drying rags available to dry my car off. The property is always in tiptop, clean environment, and the employees are always courteous when I need them.

I got a auto car wash last night, paying $8. At the beginning, when it was supposed to be spraying…read moresoap on my vehicle, it just trickled water out of a few of the nozzles as if it wasn't getting enough pressure or it was clogged. Then it went into the high pressure spray mode, which worked from all but one nozzle. All that occurred, in the end, was that my car was sprayed down with water. There was no soap or solvent. As a result, when I got to take a look at it in the morning with light, my vehicle looks even worse than it did when I went in! The drying function seemingly dripped more water onto my car than was there in the first place because it was blowing water out from the mechanism. Not to mention the undercarriage "wash" is a very light misting of water and not a fairly high pressure spray like it should be to have any net effect. I will never return here and I cannot find a phone number to call (that isn't a fax machine) so that I can get my money back. I will probably dispute the charge on my AMEX card because the service I paid for was not at all provided.
