The gentleman who did the detailing, Corey, was very nice! I think in general the work was good. Both vehicles certainly came out looking far better than they were. I did have to use interior wipes to clean up areas that were missed and it didn't seem like a thin attachment on the vacuum was used to get into the tighter spaces at all. Overall, I'm fairly happy with the work and it saved me a lot of time not doing them myself.

I had booked online for an interior detail, they were in contact to ask if there was pet hair in the vehicle and notified me that it would be $23-$35 extra. It ended up being $75 extra. If this extreme jump in price had been communicated I probably would not have chosen this detailer. But again, he did do a great job. After he left the car was dead because the batter had drained during his time detailing it. I had called him to see if he could give the car a jump and he said he couldn't and refused to take responsibility for draining the battery (how else was it dead after 90 minutes of detailing with the doors open?). Now, a day later, the car has to be towed by AAA to get it to start again. Great work, bad business.
