I wasn't expecting to get it vacuumed, but it really needed it. I was then able to get back in the vehicle and drive it through the car wash. I thought I would just drive out after the blowers blew the excess water off, but then another employee motioned for me to pull forward under an awning where he proceeded to hand dry the vehicle with cloth towels and dry the windows!!! Everyone was super courteous and very friendly! I'll use them again when I'm in the area! They did a great job!!!

Knew it must have been lost at the car wash because I went straight home. Called them and asked if anyone had found it. Employee said they would look and call me back. Several hours later no call. Called again and asked to speak to manager. Manager told me he "had walked the area" and did not find it. Drove back there to find it myself. Was scolded for being in empty car wash bay, only for employees. Asked the attendant that pre washes cars before going through wash bay if he had seen an outside mirror cover that had come off. He said "sure, it's right here" and handed it to me. Manager must not want happy customers because he surely didn't care about me and lied that he had actually searched for the cover. Great experience here, highly recommend…read more I would highly recommend them for vehicle service. I live about the same distance from most Volkswagen dealerships in the Houston and Beaumont areas. I read the reviews from previous customers and decided to make the drive to Beaumont (67 miles) to have a Check Engine Light evaluated on my VW TDI. I got there at 0730 Monday after driving through some nasty rain. First, I was able to drive into the service area, out of the rain and was pleasantly greeted by Andrea who said they would try to work me in since I didn't have an appointment. I was able to wait comfortably in their well stocked waiting area. I had internet, tv and a quiet place to relax. There were several customers who had appointments that were promptly taken care of. I was glad to see that they were taken care of quickly. Everyone there was super nice to me while I waited. I had settled in thinking I was going to be there awhile but Andrea approached me after about 2 hours and said my car was done, they had replaced 2 glow plugs which were covered under warranty (2012 Jetta) and there was no charge. This experience made my early get up, nasty drive and not knowing what the problem was very pleasant. I would definitely go back for service and will plan on shopping there for my next Volkswagen.

I grocery shop for my 3 kids every single time I have to go to this business because I know it is a day's trip ALWAYS and I want them to stay fed during our wait. Do better for crying out loud, y'all are ridiculous.
