This car wash is horribly undermanned and the assistant manager/supervisor is racist! Called a customer a racial slur! IN FRONT OF OTHER CUSTOMERS! And in general!! The stories you hear about this place is ridiculous. Money missing from checks, cussing at customers, not fixing things when it's dangerous to employees and customers there. Horrible managers and lack of effort from management is sad. They sit inside and let there kid employees work in the heat nonstop. I've come here twice already and still did not like the outcome. My first time I got the ultimate wash which meant I expected my vehicle very clean and it was not. The outside was great but the inside was not cleaned well. The seats were not cleaned especially in the back and the inside of my cup holders had not been cleaned. I still decided to give it another shot today but was disappointed again. It was disappointing once again. The seats weren't cleaned well and of course the cup holder had yet to be cleaned once again. It was a huge inconvenience to have to hear the employees outside arguing over who was helping clean and who wasn't. They argued and were very loud. I ended up getting my vehicle and just leaving. This carwash is going down fast. We pay for two passes to wash our cars and the past few months the carwash sprays have been not spraying. Went a few days ago and my windshild did not even get wet. Waste of time and money!!! 70.00 a month is alot to pay if uts not going to work right!!! Hope they get the issues fixed. It appears noone really cares ! read more

I have been coming to Groves site on 39th street for around 14 years and never had one issue until now ,they billed my debit card twice for oil change and car wash upgrade,hand wax 128.33 ,which ended up costing 256.66 ,I spoke to Ryan at the oil change department after I saw that they charged me twice, he sent me to Daryl the general manager who gave me more of a run around and made a phone call to Jake who is supposedly is the computer pro and never returned the message I left, it seems now that its been remodeled and possibly new ownership???? That it is a crooked operation and will rip you off , in process of making a complaint at BBB and police department, they don't value customers and will steal with credit card fraud!!!!! I absolutely love the way these folks care for my car! They always go the extra mile for my car with 230,000+ miles on it to keep it running great! Every oil change comes with a free "Basic" wash that is anything but! They have always done an amazing job cleaning my interior without stealing things from me, unlike other places in town. I brought my husband's GMC Sierra in to get a wash and full detail. After I got home with it my husband noticed a crack in the dashboard. Someone put their weight down on the dash wiping it off, causing it to crack. You could tell that is what happened because underneath where the crack was, there was no support directly underneath like most of the other parts of thge dashboard. Mind you we keep the truck immaculate and hardly drive it that much, so it was very upsetting to me, when I drive back to complain to the Mgr, and all he said was that our truck was a 2007 and it is older vehicle and the crack was from being old and wear and tear. I was like what!! Well the truck is the same age when I dropped it off hours ago as it is right now, and obviously the crack wasn't there, hours ago when I left it with you, so wth does age have to do with it. Total of lack of respect for my husband's truck and me as a customer. Mgr refused to pay for repairs or even offer anything, much less an apology, which should have been tg e very first thing for him to do, admit fault, and apologize. So angry about the whole situation, not only did I pay for a detailed wash, I obviously paid for someone to damage the truck, not make it look better, make it look worse, and also I paid for a very rude Mgr, to not only provide shitty service, but couldn't even bring himself to provide a simple apology, nope just got denials and arrogance and lack of responsibility, last time I checked these are terrible skills to portray for building and keeping great customer service.
