It's a nice facility and would immediately upgrade the rating if they still washed your front end and tailgate before going through the automatic wash, I literally to prove a point to one of the workers wrote wash me on tailgate went through the wash then showed him afterwards that it doesn't touch the tailgate.. they offer rags and interior / glass cleaner along with vacuums .. no longer give our air fresheners to members though.. read more

It's hit or miss here. Some days the gate is just open and people don't pay because they are short staffed. The last 2 times I went there were no cleaners available. I just cancelled my membership. They have good prices but the lack of care to supply the bare minimum to it's customers is a big deterrent. read more

When I signed up for the unlimited program, the attendants would spray the front and back of the car, plenty of towels were available and the area was usually pretty clean. Now, the pre-spray is non-existent, what few towels are available are damp and ineffective. I will be reconsidering this expense if service and effectiveness don't improve. read more

VERY disappointed with Magic Tunnel Car Wash in LaGrange. We upgraded to the family plan in April of 2022 and have been billed $59.95/month since April 2022 on my Visa card, but my wife's previous plan for $29.95/month was never canceled and we have been charged 10 times since April 2022 to our American Express. I went by the Magic Tunnel car wash in LaGrange GA in early January and was told by the attendant that he could not help me and was given a business card. I called the number on the card and left a voicemail message and sent an email to the email address on the card on January 23, 2023. On January 31, 2023, I called and reached an answering service that took all my details and assured me someone would get back to me about the issue. I never heard back. Today, February 3, 2023 I called and again spoke to an answering service that told me customer care had emailed me on Tuesday, January 31. I confirmed my email address with the representative and searched my email for "Magic Tunnel" and "Driven Brands" and even searched my SPAM folder and "in:anywhere" but do not have an email from anyone at the company. I asked to be transferred to someone who can assist me before I resort to contacting my credit card company or taking other legal action and was disconnected from the call. I would have been happy with a credit to our family plan for the amount we have been overbilled, but at this point, I am extremely disappointed that it has been so difficult to even speak to someone that can assist me. It feels like I am purposefully being given the run-around. My next steps are to dispute 120 days of recurring transactions with my credit card company and pursue a suit in small claims court for the difference, or just go to small claims court for the entire amount. I really hope I can get this resolved before having to resort to chargebacks or small claims because as a small business owner myself, I know those will both cost your business even more money. It's a very frustrating experience and though we have been happy customers since the Magic Tunnel Car Wash opened, I'm afraid I may have to cancel our membership and find another company to use going forward. read more

We upgraded to the "family" option last year and they never cancelled the single subscription so they have been double charging us for 9 months. We've called, gone by, emailed, no resolution. Recommend avoiding at all costs. On top of that the last time I went through the car wash broke my rear windshield wiper on my Acura SUV. AVOID!!! read more

I went here over the weekend to get my car washed and also see about getting an unlimited car wash membership. They offer 3 different unlimited plans - Basic/"Magic Wash" for $19.99/mo which is just a wash and air dry with tire cleaner. Super basic and not much to offer. They then have a "Hocus Pocus" wash for $29.99/mo which offers the same as the Magic Wash but also adds "double soap, tri color polish, clear coat protector, underbody flush, magic seal (whatever that means), glass and paint treatment and tire shine. The 3rd unlimited package is the "Show Stopper" for $39.95/mo and this plans offers all the same services as Hocus Pocus but also adds in a "3-step shine & seal process with Foam Bath & Hot Carnuba Shine". I purchased the basic lvl membership ($19.99 per month). The check in process is automated, no attendant but instead just a touch screen check in process to pay. There are 2 attendants that quickly wash down your vehicle with long brushes right before you enter the car wash and those are the only attendants I saw while there. Once inside, the automated wash track itself is short and pulls you through pretty fast. There are no attendants to dry off your vehicle, it's just an air dryer blowing at the end as you exit. They do offer free vacuums after you exit the car wash, along the side of the building which was nice. There is plenty of room to park and get around the lot as well. The place was clean and well maintained and the car wash I got was decent, considering I only paid for the basic lvl wash. Is it worth $20 a month? If you go 2-3 times a week then sure I would say its worth it. Is it worth it to spend $30 or $40 bucks on the upgraded plans? I'm going to say probably no....if you're that particular about your vehicle, chances are you will be doing waxing/sealing/protectants by hand. If you're looking for a fast, friendly, clean place to get your car washed this summer in the LaGrange area then I would recommend checking Magic Tunnel out! read more

Well, I've been going here for about a year, it use to be awesome, car looked great, over time I've seen some heavy scratches, but reality is its a automated process, for the most frustrating part they use to go by your tag, then switched to Friday sticker, well I am being charged 2x a month, for services, I have reached out to the customer support team, it's been 3 weeks and no one has responded to me, looking at bank acct. Again 2x came out again, so pay attention to your account if you have been using them for sometime. So pricing is errelavent if you are being charged twice! read more

Unreliable. Closed today at 2pm for no reason, when on the website it's says 6pm every Sunday. The 4th time there hours are incorrect. The manager (young guy) super rude, disrespectful and unhelpful. Should not be managing that place at that age. Please do not go here. The only reason they're getting business is because Lagrange literally has no car washes except this one, if you see this review please respond to me let me know of any other car wash, I'm tired of wasting my money at this place for horrible customer service. read more

This Car Wash was a GREAT ONE. The Attendants were very helpful and friendly. And the Air Freshener smelled very nice. We received the "Show Stopper" Wash with the Hot Carnauba Wax and my Car was SPARKLING. The Free Vacuums were a VERY nice touch! I thought the Magic Car LOGO projection was very cute! It's $20 for a drive through wash & that's pretty much it. They have self service vacuums, but you have to clean the inside of your car yourself if you want it done. Other car washes are cheaper & do both inside & outside cleaning which is better value. It's flashy, but I was honestly expecting more service than just a drive in wash. Nice facility. Air freshener smells good. But not what I was looking for today. read more
