I had replaced the main remote and it programmed itself to auto arming. This was a big inconvenience. I found where they had moved and visited them today. They were very kind and gracious and reprogrammed my remote at no charge and even gave me the programming instructions since it was an older alarm system. It's worth the drive to get great service like that and I recommend them to everyone!!!

Called worker and he stated that's impossible that they didn't tighten the lug nuts . I promise u it's not impossible cause it happened. I tightened them in the pouring rain on the highway myself.
