Anyway, Saucy Lukes let me know that they sell their rubs and sauces at Lee-Bones Fine Meats, a local butcher, so I tried it out... now I spend a lot more money than a random bottle of BBQ sauce there (thanks Saucy Luke). Lee-Bones is a little tiny butcher shop in an area that desperately needs more local mom and pop businesses. They specialize in all types of different meats. Any steak cut you can think of, bacon, sausage, marrow bones etc. and all of it is top notch, it's priced like it too (as it should be, you want cheap meat, go to Wal-Mart and we will say a prayer for your gut). Not only are the meats great at Lee-Bones, but they also do an amazing job at selling local complements to their meats. I have found some of my favorite salsas, sauces, rubs, and seasonings all by checking out Lee-Bones. Last but not least, their service is friendly and they always seem to be knowledgeable about the stuff they're selling, I truly believe that Lee-Bones only carries products that they would have in their kitchen cupboard as well, which says a lot! Our pockets are a little lighter since we've found this spot, but we wouldn't have it any other way!
