broken down side horizontal posts, the hanging and chewed on my puppy.

So if you live in the area, great you can do your shopping here. But if you are coming from another area, just be warned, if you have a return issue, YOU must keep your receipt, and return prior to 2 weeks (pretty small return window). The staff knew that I was in the right, that the product failed when I brought it to them, they scrambled for any excuse to not stand behind their product. First, the receipt, then the 2 weeks, then I notes their limited hours for me to return. I might buy dog food or treats, but never anything as expensive at a $150 crate... Poor product, Poor in store support. I will not go back for sure. They did not even try to offer me credit for another crate, This left a bad taste in my mouth for sure and crates should be built to handle a puppy, that is what crate training in all about plus mine at home from Amazon, has withstood the same puppy with no damage. This crate was poorly build and does not withstand puppies and the store should not sell such a product and charge over $150 and not stand being their product. My puppy ate a 6 inch hole in the mesh door and broke down the horizontal posts and then chewed on them as the crate laid on his head like a collapsed tent. So upset that my dog was trapped in there and the store protected themselves over standing up for the customer.

Shiny clean adventure dogs!

I was told both verbally and in writing that I had seven (7) days to notify the rescue of any medical issues. Within that seven-day period, I notified them in writing that my newly adopted Persian cat developed yellow eye discharge, squinting, and signs concerning for an eye infection, which is not typical Persian tearing. I also notified the rescue of my concerns regarding delayed or limited access to medical treatment, as prompt veterinary care is important to prevent unnecessary suffering. Despite reporting the issue within the stated timeframe, I was informed that no veterinary costs would be covered, and that treatment would require returning the cat to the shelter rather than allowing local veterinary care. Based on the condition that appeared shortly after adoption, I felt misled by being told the cat was in "good health." While I am not saying this was intentional, the information provided did not align with my experience once the cat was home, which was concerning. I share this so future adopters can make informed decisions. Please be cautious, especially when adopting brachycephalic or exotic breeds such as Persians, which are prone to eye and respiratory issues. Clarify in writing what "good health" means and what medical support, if any, is provided after adoption.

Before coming, I'd suggest selling a kidney first. They only care about your money and not your pet. I was originally told it would be $120 for two baths, sanitary trims, and nails. I go in and they laid out a million additional fees and stated that they'd have to shave them because their undercoat was shedding out.. Not a big deal, I agreed to that. After they spent over 6 hrs there, I went to pick them up and was charged a bunch of additional fees for "behavioral issues". I asked what happened and they said one was anxious and moving around. I've been getting both dogs groomed regularly for 5 years and have always asked how they do. They have all told me that they were absolutely great but one gets anxious when separated. I told them that up front and they stated that they'd keep them together. When I showed up, they were both tied to a wall in separate rooms... I wonder why he was anxious? Then I get home and see that their toes are all bloody and chopped off. They also had nicks everywhere from the shears. After being there over 6 hrs, they got home and downed water so I'm sure they didn't have any ALL DAY. There wasnt any in the kennels or the wall that they were tied to. My dogs were also shaking like they were terrified when I picked them up. My dogs are very well behaved so I'd hate to see what they charge others who may not be. If I could give zero stars, I would.
