I was told the seamstress would call me to confirm. She did not. I had to go back in to follow up. The seamstress assured me she could do it. I arranged a pick up date 10 days later. When I went to pick up the dress it wasn't done. I was told it was because the seamstress had a question about what stitching I wanted. Not sure why they wouldn't have called before the pick up date? Luckily my daughter still had a few days before the event. When I finally got the dress and took it home...I realized the hem was uneven, with threads sticking out. It cost over $50 and the dress is basically ruined. A good seamstress should have been clear the fabric was too delicate to hem properly. Instead they just did a shoddy job. I will never go back.

Euro Tailors is now my new religion, and my words of praise will seem loathsomely inadequate in relation to their greatness. No longer do I have to worry about having my beautiful clothing from Ede & Ravenscroft look like it has been passed through a threshing machine. No longer do I collect my Gieves & Hawks jackets thinking, "What went wrong here!?"
