Went to shop three times during their posted business hours, but always a note on the door saying…read morethat they were gone running errands. Once I finally found them open, I went to the alteration shop to get an estimate for a repair. They verbally quoted me a price of $10-$15. They said the work would take one week. After three weeks I called to check on it, they said it would be done in another week. I then called on week four and told them that I would come and get my item if it was not done. They left me a message two days later saying that it was done, ready for pick up, and the repair was $30 - twice the price of the estimate and five weeks to do a repair that they said would be done in a week. Very disappointed. When I picked up my item, I told them I was disappointed and they said that there was nothing that they could do. I told them that I would not be using their business every again!

The issue was that the pants were far too big, and I had NO time to return the pants, and that's where the AMAZING seamstress at High Falls canvas stepped in. She wasted no time in pinning up, and sewing up my pants so that they fit perfectly! I was able to wear my new pants WITH a custom fit. She may normally do boat covers and such, but she sure saved me from looking like I was wearing one!
