I knew what I wanted, which was the rainbow roll, or the "arcoiris." After putting in my order, I was intrigued to find different types of soy sauce. They had a spicy one, a regular one, and a sweet one. I placed a bit of each on my tray, and alternated with them as I ate my sushi. The roll itself was pretty big, and it was delicious! I ordered another roll, and also dipped each cut alternatively into each sauce. I personally liked the sweet sauce, it added extra character to my sushi rolls. After checking out, we made our way out and toward our next destination. We enjoyed our meal here, and would consider it as an option the next time I find myself in Plaza Rio.
