After moving from houston and having tons of poke options, I was sad that there's basically only one place in annapolis.......... But once I tried this place..... OMG. This is the best poke I've had!! I get the build your own bowl and replicate one of my favs off of the pokeworks menu. The difference is that taichi's ingredients are wayyyy fresher and the portions are huge. I also love to get the lychee green tea..so delicious. I've been to this establishment three times and they've gotten my order completely right even though they were very busy. I've enjoyed their poke bowl, sushi burrito, and ramen; each were very flavorful and you can customize your order easily. This is the only place I know that you can order bubble tea with non-dairy milk, and as a lactose intolerant individual, I approve. My recommendations: Spicy miso ramen and brown sugar zang-zang. Hands down the best sushi/poke/boba/ramen in town. No question- no one even close. I am from the west coast where I feel like the ramen/poke craze started (in the continental US)and this is as close to west coast ramen/poke as It can be. Their tonkatsu broth is genuine- you can taste the slow-boiled pork bones (I.e. real depth in the broth)- their noodles are good, their charsu perfectly broiled. Marinated egg is good. Their poke bowls are loaded and made with fresh cuts of fish. On top of quality products, their customer service is top-notch. Y'all won't regret it- just taste it for yourself! read more

Came in for some bubble tea post a visit to Annapolis. The cafe/restaurant is cute and they do have a lot of customers. The wait was a bit of a disappointment though as the line was fairly long and there was a bit of a wait for my bubble tea. The boy and i both get green tea drinks with bubbles and while a solid choice since the tea was good, they used fresh fruit in the boy's tea, and the bubbles were nice and qq like they are suppose to be, I felt that my wait was longer than expected. Would i stop here again? yes. Will i get some ramen next time? maybe the ramen did look good. Will I go out of my way to stop here for either, maybe just to try it again, but otherwise i can take it or leave it. read more

Wow! Honestly went in with no expectations and am so ecstatic! I got a honeydew milk tea with boba, spicy tonkotsu ramen, and a sushi burrito. The milk tea was perfect, boba was perfect and not overly sweet. The ramen was spicy and filled with incredible mushrooms. The sushi burrito came out as just a sushi rice bowl, but I have zero complaints because all the components were still correct and it was extremely delicious. Salmon tasted fresh and by far the best poke I have had in the surrounding area. Overall, a win! If you are thinking about going, just do it! read more

I'm not into tea with "toppings" which is obviously their specialty, but the regular brewed unsweetened tea is top notch. Restaurant clean, staff friendly, and ramen tasty. All together make it a 5 star. Favorite ramen is miso with shrimp followed by tonkatsu. Haven't tried the other broths yet. Tonkatsu has a bit more depth than miso, both have balanced flavor profiles and are not salty or too rich. Satisfying. Liked the egg, would prefer a whole egg. Regardless, you won't leave hungry. Service is quick - hesitate to call this fast food - the prep time to make it quick is obvious at first slurp. Healthy and tasty alternative. read more

Got a milk tea with boba, Ran out of boba midday which really disappointed, also no real tea flavor to my drink. literally tasted like watered down milk, disgusting. Wifes beverage, was neon green for jasmine tea, looked like they just stirred in powder not even real tea. Hers was worse then mine. Moved here from San Francisco last year where its done right. This place can't compare. Generic at best. Also side note cross contamination isn't taken seriously here, watched a guy making the burritos use hands to grab ingredients when he had actual spoons to portion ingredients. Which one thinks who cares youre being over critical but after running restaurants for a few years and when you have a loved one who is extremely allergic to certain ingredients you tend to care a bit more and call out establishments for being careless. read more
