Our server, Linda was friendly and very helpful when we asked which of the Artisan Ramen bowls on the menu she'd recommend. She was right on her recommendation! The Tonkotsu Ramen with chashu (braised pork belly) was hot and delicious. My husband really enjoyed the flavors of the broth, the savory pork belly, and was pleasantly surprised by the corn in the dish. We also ordered the pork soup dumplings and edamame. Both were very good! And I'm a fan of both dishes. Delicious food in a pleasing environment is a win! So happy we found time to enjoy Umami!
