The ginger & spring onion dishes have become particular favourites of mine, along with the B.B.Q. roast pork! As far as I know, they have four shops at the moment. One is in Heswall, one in West Kirby, one in Oxton and one in Hoylake. This is positive news for anyone that lives on the Wirral, as they have a 5 mile delivery radius and this pretty much means you can order a Flame and Wok to anywhere in Wirral. Their boxes of noodles are delightful, as are their salt and pepper chicken wings and salt and pepper ribs. I would also recommend their spring rolls and their sweet and sour chicken with noodles. They are quite pricey compared to other Chinese takeaways based around the Wirral, but you're paying for quality and that's what you get.. every time!
