The ginger & spring onion dishes have become particular favourites of mine, along with the B.B.Q. roast pork! The staff at the restaurant seem happy to accomodate for any dietary requirements you have as well, which is a quality that seems so rare these days. I'd recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants an exceptionally good night out, with quite possibly the best food on the Wirral!

As far as I know, they have four shops at the moment. One is in Heswall, one in West Kirby, one in Oxton and one in Hoylake. This is positive news for anyone that lives on the Wirral, as they have a 5 mile delivery radius and this pretty much means you can order a Flame and Wok to anywhere in Wirral. Their boxes of noodles are delightful, as are their salt and pepper chicken wings and salt and pepper ribs. I would also recommend their spring rolls and their sweet and sour chicken with noodles. They are quite pricey compared to other Chinese takeaways based around the Wirral, but you're paying for quality and that's what you get.. every time!
