They called just asking for an update and then were called a liar over the phone that the order had appeared. The owner and delivery driver then drove to my house and verbally assaulted my housemate and then called them a liar saying they had proof of the order when no food had showed up. Housemate asked for proof and then the Delivery driver & Owner both didn't show this "Proof" and drove off leaving my housemate with no food. Very appalling behaviour and the owner should be ashamed of themselves shouting at a young woman who was just wondering where their food was. For me the chips were far too greasy and the chinese dishes seemed to lack much of the flavour and spice you would get in a real top notch eatery. I haven't been brave enough to eat their kebabs yet but even by kebab standards they do not look particularly appetising. The prices are okay but nothing exceptional to draw in the student crowd and I feel they need to try some more student orientated offers to keep them coming in. The staff are nice enough and they try hard to serve you quickly and efficiently which is what you want in terms of fast food. The shop itself doesnt look great from the front not dirty exaclty but perhaps a little bit scruffy which is not really what you want from a food establishment. This place isnt exactly bad but the food has not really made a fan out of me either. My advice would be if you want a good chinese go to a chinese takeaway and for chippy go to a traditional chippy not somewhere which tries a fusion of the two and never really manages to pull it off.

What I mean is that even going to the toilet is a bit of an adventure and feels like you have been transported to the clutterred hillsides of Hong Kong. The best dishes I found they had were the duck & the soup. I think it's quite difficult to mess up on both those dishes though, to be frank. The worst dish I had here was the chicken. Everyone at our table agreed that it was extremely dry & barely edible. Cleanliness: One thing that I am always looking for and super mindful of when I first sit down to eat at a restaurant is how clean are their utensils? How clean are the plates & bowls? etc. Plates were pretty dirty, bowls were fine for soup, & utensils-- it is a good thing they do single use wooden chopsticks.
