They called just asking for an update and then were called a liar over the phone that the order had appeared. The owner and delivery driver then drove to my house and verbally assaulted my housemate and then called them a liar saying they had proof of the order when no food had showed up. Housemate asked for proof and then the Delivery driver & Owner both didn't show this "Proof" and drove off leaving my housemate with no food. Very appalling behaviour and the owner should be ashamed of themselves shouting at a young woman who was just wondering where their food was. The prices are okay but nothing exceptional to draw in the student crowd and I feel they need to try some more student orientated offers to keep them coming in. The staff are nice enough and they try hard to serve you quickly and efficiently which is what you want in terms of fast food. The shop itself doesnt look great from the front not dirty exaclty but perhaps a little bit scruffy which is not really what you want from a food establishment.
