I also liked that they really heated it up - when I opened up the meat pie to take a picture for y'all, steam was literally rising from the meat. Staff were nice, but they did not wear gloves. However, we didn't order cheese or vegetables on our pies so there was minimal handling of the food. Not sure if they'd wear gloves if handling the food more. The place has 3 tables that seat 2 people each. They also sell drinks (non-alcoholic). It's in a strip mall, so lots of free parking.

Why? Taste and value. Taste wise, their chicken is great. Might not be as flavourful as Shawarma Palace on Hunt Club and Bank, but it is tasty and moist. Their potatoes are also a highlight as they are always moist. You also get a very large quantity of food if you go with their salads or plates. And price wise, well, I find it pretty darn affordable. Service is also pretty fast. As it is in an outdoor mall, parking is plentiful. So, I definitely recommend it. I no longer go to shawarma places on Merivale or Baseline since I found this place.
