I'd recommend asking to replace all with rice. I had much tastier eggplant dips especially the canned ones. Theirs seems home made. Their food is decent 3/5 and service 4/5. Last night, my friends and I decided to go anyway, knowing the quality was always great... and I'm so glad we did! To my surprise and delight, Chef Vito let us know that all of their pastas are vegan and he could easily modify the sauces to suit my diet. The food was absolutely delicious--it tasted just like the meals I had in Italy. The quality, attention to detail, and service were even better than I remembered. I started with the fennel and orange salad, followed by a beautifully adapted pasta dish, and every bite was perfection. We left so happy that we chose to support a locally owned restaurant instead of a corporate chain.
