The last time I visited, the service was so slow. Unbearably slow. The woman wrapping my two dishes took painfully long. It was also the very first time I entered and was not greeted or asked if I needed assistance. Typically this doesn't bother me but this day I was in a hurry, did have a particular item I came to buy, but couldn't find assistance. There were several people working and were engaged in their own conversation. slow! One experience doesn't define a store so I'll be back when in the area. I used a small gentle pad to clean and they are already scratched. I have not had that experience with other pots I've had for years. Trusting the demonstration and all that was said. The food burned in the pot the first day and I did not have it on the extreme heat. My food did not cook in thirty minutes rather almost an hour. I can not micromanage (I treat my things with care) a set of pots worth 3,600.00. The pots will not look like new in a year at the rate of one cooking and the cooking process is not 30 minutes as demonstrated. I will say they are a beautiful looking set but are far too gentle.
