The girl that works there name Jackie Rubio. She's rude, and she doesn't help you like she suppose to. She's never open she's always running late. She's not responsible. I don't know why she's running a business if she's never there. I don't recommend anyone going to her. She's bad for business. She over charges. I give it no Stars. read more

Literally the most patient and fast service I have ever received! Jackie(one of the owners) she was so calm in helping me with my mess of a car. & she worked super fast and bared with me while I didnt have all the info in hand. She even helped direct me on how to get my car on road even faster! Most places get snappy and annoyed and are short about helping you especially when it doesn't benifit them. But Not this place! I will definitely be using them again in the future! **HIGHLY RECOMMENDED** Thanks for the help again read more

If you want to avoid long DMV wait times, this is the place to go. I had drove to 2 different DMVs to try to do a title transfer, and both told me I would be on standby. There was no guarantee that I would even get into the DMV. I was beyond frustrated. My uncle had recommended Tag That, he said they would be able to help me get the title transfer done in no time, and he was right! When I first walked in I was greeted with a warm welcome from the ladies. They have a beautiful waiting area, with a TV, books, and some treats. I didnt have to wait that long, Jackie Tovar helped me within 5 minutes of my arrival. I thought the whole process was going to take a while, but I was in and out of there in no time. Jackie was so helpful and friendly. If you want to skip the long DMV lines I highly recommend that you stop by Tag That. read more

I originally went in here to save time from the DMW and help small businesses during the pandemic! I end up waiting for over 2 hours because THEY FORGOT to do my tag paperwork which made me late for work. That part was annoying but is not the reason for my one star review. My title got lost in the mail and I have been trying to find out from Tag That for 5 days now what happened! I was completely IGNORED and received no customer service at all! I had to call the DMV and wait on hold for 2 hours to find out where my title was while Tag That spent 5 days avoiding me with no answer or attempt to help! I thought the point of this business is to save you time and hassle from the DMV but since they refuse to help me (a paid customer) I am now stuck going to the DMV and still 6 weeks with no title!!! When I asked if they could assist with filing a duplicate title form I again was ignored!! My Point is AVOID this place at all costs!!! Go to the DMV or find another company that will actually answer your calls and texts instead of ignoring you for 5 days and going out of their way to NOT HELP! Trust me you will save time and money taking your business elsewhere! read more

I contacted this place to assist me with my son's registration. The owner had me chasing her down . I confirmed to meet with her at the office . When I arrived the office was closed. I am a nurse and I had to rush out of work and had to pick up my daughter late from school. I would have appreciated her to be more professional and to keep her word. As she promised I waited the next day to be contacted by her and have not received a text until I contacted her at the end of day . Please check other resources before checking this place. They will waste your time. Thank you read more

There are very few things I hate more than going to the DMV. I don't have a lot of free time, so the thought of grabbing a ticket and waiting for my number to be called is frustrating enough. TAG THAT, LLC came to the rescue and handled all three of my transactions with ease and expertise. They were professional and very knowledgable about the often complex rules and regulations of the DMV. They saved me money, frustrations, but more importantly TIME. Thank you Jackie and Shannon you ladies are the best! read more

We bought a family vehicle from one of my friends, and I was dreading having to go to the DMV to transfer ownership. The guy who sold me the car told me that his friend Jackie owned own company and vehicle transfers of ownership was one of the things she did, so he brought me to her office. I'll keep it short by saying it was an A+ experience. Classy and enjoyable. I can genuinely say I had fun transferring ownership and I'll be back again. read more

I don't know what I would do without the two wonderful women who own and run Tag That, LLC. Avoided DMV wait time, which I did not have since I work full time, and also they saved me money!
