I originally went in here to save time from the DMW and help small businesses during the pandemic! I end up waiting for over 2 hours because THEY FORGOT to do my tag paperwork which made me late for work. That part was annoying but is not the reason for my one star review. My title got lost in the mail and I have been trying to find out from Tag That for 5 days now what happened! I was completely IGNORED and received no customer service at all! I had to call the DMV and wait on hold for 2 hours to find out where my title was while Tag That spent 5 days avoiding me with no answer or attempt to help! I thought the point of this business is to save you time and hassle from the DMV but since they refuse to help me (a paid customer) I am now stuck going to the DMV and still 6 weeks with no title!!! When I asked if they could assist with filing a duplicate title form I again was ignored!! My Point is AVOID this place at all costs!!!
