It's not like your typical consignment store packed with merchandise all over that it can be overwhelming. No, it feels like you have walked into any nice retailer, well laid out items and they are selective about what they take. The prices are wonderful and they have a mix of new stuff too (Doug & Melissa toys, etc..). The staff is very friendly and helpful. They also have a location in Ames. I find the selling side to be kind of hit and miss. Sometimes I'm pleasantly surprised with the payout, other times (more recently) kind of underwhelmed. Also I really wish their turn around time was a little quicker, it typically seems to take around 6 hours +\- for them to get thru your stuff; so I always have to return the next day, which isn't the most convenient.
