That felt insane to me, so I decided to get a second opinion and took it to Auto Technik instead. I am SO glad I did. I first reached out to them through Yelp, then hopped on a phone call with them, and they were able to take my car in the very next day. After diagnosing it, we were all pretty shocked to find out that what the Toyota dealership said needed to be repaired had actually been misdiagnosed. Jay was able to figure out what was really going on simply by plugging into the car and properly reading the diagnostics. We were honestly appalled that the Toyota dealership hadn't caught it in the first place. So instead of spending $7,500 at the dealership and most likely STILL not fixing the actual problem, Auto Technik was able to properly diagnose and fix my Sequoia for around $1,500. Aside from saving me a ton of money, everyone here was just so nice and communicative with me throughout the entire process. I felt like they were honest with me, explained what was going on, and genuinely wanted to make sure the actual problem was fixed. I'm seriously so appreciative of Jay and everyone at Auto Technik. After this experience, I'm really glad I found a shop I feel like I can trust with my car. I wish them nothing but continued success!

This showed me that this company cares about its reputation and had high standard of customer service. We talked and Thomas told me he would refund me the cost of the alternator. I received the money but it was more than just the money that left a great impression upon me. It was the honesty, integrity and the willingness to listen to my less-than-great initial experience. Anyhow, I think of them as a solid business that puts its customers first. I have updated them to 5 stars. They have earned it!

Called on a Friday at noon and spoke with Jeff and told him my Jeep didn't pass smog, and what the fees were to diagnose the problem. Dropped it off right away, it's only a couple miles from my house, and Jeff called with an update on Monday and said what the problem was and how much it would be to fix it. I approved the charges and he also said they could do the smog test and certification too. Great! I don't have to take it to another place to see if it passes, Crescent Auto will do it all! Got the Jeep back, Jeff explained everything and gave us the detailed invoice with the smog certificate and off we went. My husband usually works on our vehicles, so this was a first for us to take the Jeep anywhere and it was definitely in good hands with Jeff and Crescent Auto. The communication was clear and we were updated often. I appreciate you Jeff and am so happy we found you and your shop!
