To give a little insight, I had taken my vehicle (2018 Honda Civic) to an Auto Shop in my area for a MPI to verify a dealership's findings. They told me there that I needed Rear Brake pads. Long Story short, they 'resurfaced' my rotors and replaced the pads. Brought it in many times and they basically ignored the issue. This other shop quoted me $1.3k for a 'needed' Caliper Replacement to resolve the issue. There I was with squeaking brakes, how embarrassing. That was until I came into contact with this Group, The AutoMedic. The two guys who helped me out were very open and communicative. They found that my rotors were not at all resurfaced by the previous shop. I honestly thought it was included to replace the rotors, didn't know anything about this 'resurfacing'. I knew that I would eventually have to change the rotors after researching resurfacing of rotors. Thankfully The AutoMedic had great pricing! Communication with their team was very helpful. They got me same day, they explained everything and helped resolve my issue. That's my headache gone from squeaky brakes for the last 6 months give or take. Did I mention how fast they got it done? Called on a Friday at noon and spoke with Jeff and told him my Jeep didn't pass smog, and what the fees were to diagnose the problem. He let me know the fees and said we could bring it down today and he would probably have it over the weekend to see what was going on. Dropped it off right away, it's only a couple miles from my house, and Jeff called with an update on Monday and said what the problem was and how much it would be to fix it. I approved the charges and he also said they could do the smog test and certification too. Great! I don't have to take it to another place to see if it passes, Crescent Auto will do it all! Got the Jeep back, Jeff explained everything and gave us the detailed invoice with the smog certificate and off we went. I found Super Service on yelp and saw that they had a 60 point vehicle inspection. I went to the shop and was greeted by Ben who was very friendly and was able to give a detailed diagnostic of my car. I even received a break down of what my car needed along with cost for each service. Not only were there pictures but also videos of what's wrong with the car explaining how that affects the car. My car needed to remove and replace the serpentine belt tensioner and idler pulley and everything was done by the end of the day.
