The following comments are my opinions felt after a "terrible" encounter with the "seemingly weird" little person at the front desk and the rude also aggressive hateful dark haired "lady" at left behind counter....Opinions after encounter....expressed... AFTER THIS ENCOUNTER OF THE WEIRD KIND... I called and spoke with the Oklahoma Tax Commission. I intend to fill a report on line. If you have had a bad experience, don't just take it. Contact the OTC get the email for Hans Nguyen Supervisor. Han Nguyen Supervisor and Her email is nnguyen@tax.ok.gov. Encourage all who have been treated with disdain and hateful attitudes to tell the truth. We live in a society where the silent majority needs to not be so silent. Opinion is that this group has in past operated outside the rules. Are they doing so NOW? I will be their best reference in a large swath of this area.....and I will never forget their hateful attitude.....I will forgive them....that's what we must do......but never expose my business to them again..... Business's .....all business's should try to find a way to help those in need. Not look for a way to be hateful and "large and in charge"..... While this was a not so good experience. NEVER have I have had a bad experience dealing with the real professionals at the actual OTC. Local should be convenient time saving. Not ....We Can't Do This!! Fill it out and send it off to be noted. I intend to hand deliver my complaint to "Hans" the Director. If you represent the OTC and State of Oklahoma maybe you can't inject your personal feelings. YOU CAN'T MAKE THIS STUFF UP!! Later in the day I ran into a few other friends that had similar hateful encounters...due to some minor rule or something. Two of these people at the local diner said ....man that's a weird business operation... First let's be fair. Start with TRUTH. This business had to SHUT DOWN IN NEWCASTLE OKLAHOMA. Lot's of stories...rumors..but had to do so.... SEEMS THEY DIDN'T LIVE IN TOWN OR SOMETHING? Well that's not the right truthful way to operate a business is it? For HOW MANY YEARS (10-25...not sure...) DID THEY LIVE ELSEWHERE AND POSSIBLY NOT ACCORDING TO "RULES" There are in stone rules that must be followed....if you run an Oklahoma Tag Agency....apparently...they HAD A BUSINESS WHERE THEY DID NOT LIVE. SO THEY HAD TO SURRENDER....QUIT....LEAVE....CEASE TO OPERATE...NOT SURE WHY....BUT THEY DID... SECOND YOU HAVE ONE VERY RUDE ....NO MAKE THAT TWO VERY RUDE WORKERS...NOT ONLY ARE THEY "ABOVE THE LAW"...BUT TREAT CUSTOMERS LIKE .....WELL NOT SO NICE... Don't waste your time giving this group of "Not following the rules"....find one of all the other many many many tag agents throughout this great state...to give your hard earned money.... It is my "opinion" that if someone abuses the "rules" everyone else follows....what possibly could they be doing NOW? Just saying....cruise on to another tag agent....like the one in NewCastle that followed the rules and did it right the first time....hmmm your money...spend it wisely......just saying....
