I wish I had a better experience, but unfortunately I can't recommend this dealership…read more I purchased my car in April and didn't receive my title until after my temporary tag had already expired. Because of that, I called to ask if there was anything I could do. Instead of trying to help or explain my options, the owner became defensive and spoke to me very rudely. The conversation was upsetting enough that I ended up in tears. As someone who is 7 months pregnant, I was simply looking for guidance--not an argument. This entire situation could have been avoided if my title had been provided in a timely manner. Delays can happen, but customer service matters, especially when a customer is calling for help. I expected professionalism and understanding, and unfortunately, that's not what I received.

They used to be great, but it's another ripoff mechanic shop now.

Travis was my service advisor and he took great care of me. He was kind, friendly, and helpful. He treated me like a valued customer even though this was my first visit to this dealership. The dealership was very busy with other cars but amazingly, I was taken care of within 45 minutes and I was back on my way. They are very efficient and very customer service oriented. I am only out in Oklahoma for a few months, but I will definitely see Travis if I need additional service while I am in town. He was so easy to work with, and they topped off my fluids at no charge. Thank you Travis and Fowler Toyota of Norman!

Ricky Toumbs was my Service Advisor and he was very nice and informative. He contacted me about other repairs and services that were recommended and sent me a form to check off what I wanted done and what I didn't want to do at this time with prices for each item. It's not cheap getting things done at the dealership , but Ricky gave me a Military Discount and good price for the items I had repaired or serviced. I went to a 4 wheel drive service shop in Las Vegas before I left that was highly recommended and had good reviews. Well turns out they broke a bolt from my skid plate and others were missing and didn't tell me and I only had one bolt holding it on for my drive from Vegas to Oklahoma with my SUV loaded and a hitch carrier mounted on my rear bumper with a heavy box on it. If that one bolt would've came off while I was driving 70mph down the highway I most likely would've crashed and been injured or killed ! Unbelievable ! So , those thread holes had to be rethreaded and one broken bolt in frame had to be drilled out and rethreaded. Synthetic Oil Change , PCV Valve replaced , 4 wheel alignment , 4 wheel drive service ( change gear oil for front and rear differential , transaxles , and transfer cases ) , rear brakes and rotors , after Taxes and Discount came out to $1001.00 . I was figuring about $1,400. Yes an expensive trip to the dealer , but I do recommend seeing Ricky at Fowler Toyota. My son had already told me about some bad shops in the area so it's good to know someone who already knows about those places. I'll be back in the Spring for a Tuneup.

I was…read moreinitially thinking I was charged way too much with my bill...and I was so disappointed I posted a review that wasn't great. The General Manager, Chris Anderson, reached out to me to follow up about my experience and my charges. He went out of his way to check my invoice and let me know there had been some inconsistencies with what their bill stated and what my bank charged. Turns out that there was some fraudulent activity in my bank account! And the price I was charged was not as crazy as I thought. It was right around what it should have been. Had he not reached out to me I wouldn't have taken a closer look at my bank statements and found that my bank was at fault. I really appreciated the GM reaching out to me to see where things went wrong. It means they do care about customer service and while they are not perfect the compassion is there. When I return to Oklahoma I will definitely visit Eurosport for my car's needs. Thanks Chris!

The leak should have been fixed the first time it was taken in and paid for. But then to turn around and charge us again the full amount for an issue we already PAID to fix, is just not okay. Just because someone doesn't know much about cars doesn't mean that we can take advantage of them. Makes me question. Very disappointing.
