Had a tuna salad for lunch and it was surprisingly good. The delicatessen has quite a variety of products for sale also. Plus free wifi

Spent with family couple of days days in the area. Tried out this wonderful place and ended up…read moregoing almost daily for brunch. Everything we had was really delicious. From smoothie to coffee to sandwiches to pancakes to eggs and bacon. Location very cute and very clean. Great Friendly service. If we would live around the area, I would go there on a regular base. Highly recommend.

Nestled in the quaint town of Forest Row in East Sussex lies the wonderful coffee house Java &…read moreJazz. As you enter you immediately are greeted by a large friendly staff who ask you preference of coffee/tea (downstairs) or full meal (upstairs seating). We headed upstairs and were agog to find none other than Pop-star former Katie Price hubbie Peter Andre dining away here with friends so we figured it must be the 'in place' to be amongst those in the know... But seriously -- I've had the opportunity to dine here several times during work visits to Hayward's Heath and I'd have to say that the 'Quattro Stagione' (4 Seasons) Pizza is the bomb. A thin crusted pizza dough with sauce is covered in quarters with artichokes, mushrooms, olives and ham. Delicious! My friend and I usually split one of the many meal-sized gourmet salads and a pizza for two, or perhaps a bowl of the soup of the day which is freshly made that day on the premises. Pastas, Pizzas, Sandwiches, Quesadillas and Croque Monsieurs can also be had as well as thick milkshakes and home made ice cream. Definitely will be back!

Literally the WORST chain coffee I've been to, I asked the young girl working that I want my coffee…read morewith cream and she looks at me and says we don't have a lot of cream so we can't and I said what do you mean ?? She took the bottle of cream (which had enough for at least 4-5 coffes) and said " there isnt a lot of cream so we cant make it with cream ", I was shocked as to how they handle customer service!!! I came the day after asked for a slices of bread, they completely forgot about it and served them burnt, I had to go and couldnt wait to have another one served. I really hope they'll learn to treat their clients better!!

My other half got the table with the intention of ordering when I got out, so I went off to respond to the call of nature. When I went to the toilet, which is at the far end of the shop by the 'washing-up room'. As I opened the door I was greeted by a horrific outdoors-y public toilet smell. I wanted to hurry up. The tissue holder had fallen off the wall and was face down on the floor. There was torn tissue everywhere. The previous person had not flushed and the seat was dirty. I have never used facilities without buying something but we actually decided not to stay. I had no appetite. Their food hygiene rating is also only a TWO! Toilets aside, I'm not a fan of Costa tea. It gets two stars as it's in a convenient location and the caramel shortbread is tasty.
