I had them out for a carpet cleaning. They steam cleaned my entire house. The carpet looked great and was super soft when it dried.

While the workers were friendly this company will scam you and does not represent their…read moreservices/estimates properly. They originally quoted us 1000$ (and some change) half due upfront and remaining half due when the "job was complete" as they put it. The came out tore a hole in my ceiling and informed me we had a leak in roof. That was fine and I was aware that the roof work would be extra. The whole time I was asking and verifying "so we pay the rest of the 1000$ after we fix the roof (extra) and you put the ceiling drywall back" they all said yes. LIES! They put a fan in the hole in my ceiling and the next day I had a separate roofer coming out to fix the leak. Subsequently same day Servpro sent people out to tarp a 3ft area of my roof and tacked on a 700$+ to my remaining 500$ balance and informed me that the job is considered complete and they don't repair the ceiling at all. This was completely ridiculous! They did not even tell us the tarp was an extra 700$, nor would we have ever even said yes or agreed to that since we had a roofer coming out the same day they sent the tarp out and that is basically worthless. The tarp was up for maybe 2-3 hours before the roofer came and it was not even raining that day. Second, the 1000$ quote included 3 day use of the fan and we only had it for one day. third, they left a huge hole in my ceiling claiming they don't put everything back the way they left like they stated they would. Fourth, they do not give you an actual agreement with all charges to sign before doing the work , essentially tacking on random irrelevant tarps for 700$ that were only up for 2 hours when there was no rain. They don't tell you about the extra charge beforehand, and then when you question them they place blame on either the worker themselves, or try to say they believe they told you even though it's no where noted in the one and only estimate you received for 1000$. So basically we paid 1700$+ for them to rip a hole in the ceiling and put a basic fan in it for less than 24hours (even though I was charged for 3days of fan use) and put up an undisclosed 700$ tarp for 2 hours. Now we are our out 1700$ and still have a hole in our kitchen ceiling.(note we fixed the roof separately). The only excuse I was given was "sorry that's not what we meant, by "finish the job" or "maybe someone else told us it was good to place the tarp". Like bye Felicia, who wrote your check, it was me not someone else, so the only person authorized to say yes to anything is me the person paying for it! Honestly im tempted not to pay 700$ seeing there was no agreement pertaining to the tarp, no one discussed any extra charges, nor sense that anyone would agree to have one placed considering a roofer was coming to fix the leak SAME DAY! Again the workers themselves were friendly but they do work on commission and it shows. I would not refer anyone here and highly advise going elsewhere unless you want to pay 1700$ for overpriced use of a fan, a giant garbage bag for 2 hours and giant hole in your ceiling that you have to find and pay someone else to fix. Just bust open your own drywall yourself and save your 1700$

I am a looking to resolve a billing and payment dispute after making over $40K in payments. I have made numerous phone calls, e-mails, and the verbal promises I did receive have gone unfulfilled over a 3 month period of time. Given this incredibly bad experience with ServPro of Mesquite I would not recommend using their services. My billing issues are still outstanding at the time I am writing this review.

We were referred to CWF by A#1 Air. Project Manager Oscar showed up to assess the damage later that same day (Wednesday, Jan 17th)and walked us through the process. During his time here, we contacted our insurance company to file a claim which was initiated within 20 minutes with a representative over the phone. Since Oscar was present, it facilitated communication. Oscar gave us a two-hour window between 8am and 10am and said that we should expect to receive a call from dispatch informing us that they are on their way. He also took a series of pictures before he left so that he could inform the crew of the events that transpired. On Saturday, January 20th, the mitigation crew removed a portion of the engineered flooring that was affected and promptly placed industrial fans on and around it. They informed us that they would be back to pick up the equipment (in 4 days) after the area has completely dried and answered any questions we had. Kris, Sheldon, Gabriel, and Oscar were professional and knowledgeable - explaining everything about the process and I appreciate the time and patience they took on a Saturday morning to help us. We are going to go with CWF for restoration as well.

As another reviewer said, he's "a liar and a con man". He decided how he wanted to do the repairs WITHOUT MENTIONING IT TO ME, then refused to reconsider when I didn't like his idea. There's more to the story, but I'm sick of thinking about these people. My advice is if they try to hustle you into doing business with them, run away, fast. Especially if you get assigned Colton as your project "manager". He's the one that earns the 1.
