I'm not sure what's happening to this company, but buy from them at your own risk.. in the past they had been good about sending patches out in a timely manner. Now I don't even get an update. I tried to contact them via IG and phone with no response. Would be nice to get a courtesy update after a week, that way I'm not left in the dark. The only notice I got was the confirmation that I made the purchase. Nothing after. I'm seeing a lot of recent reviews that seem to be dealing with similar issues. Looks like they're bound to have more unhappy customers.. this will be the last time I order from them. read more

I ordered two patches (both got placed on back order) in April 2024. I contacted company via email in June for update, they had nothing. Contacted again in September on both IG and email... they still had nothing. I contacted again in December on IG and through a phone call. I got the same answer from customer service as I did every other time. Over IG they said, "That order was cancelled in October." The thing is... I NEVER CANCELLED THE ORDER. I honestly like the variety of the patches they sell however, if you are going to cancel my order at least have the common decency to email me a reason for my cancellation along with a refund. Buy products from this company at your own risk. To the owner... what happened? Who's the manufacture for the patches? Why was a back order that is usually 2-3 weeks taking so long? Why am I seeing reply's to other reviews from you that are incredibly rude? If you can't get me my order, who can? Why did you cancel my order? Why was I not refunded? read more

ZERO stars. 6 months of emails and calls and never got a response. But then I finally heard from a customer service rep who ignored the fact that I told her I moved and she proceeded to send a partial order to an address I no longer lived at. Word to the wise, if you haven't received your order within 30 days, contact your credit card company. I waited too long because I thought they were reputable and they got me. read more

They shipped a patch after I emailed a month after the order. It also took them about 10 days to respond to my email. Avoid.

Avoid. Placed an order for in stock items. Items hadn't shipped a month later. Website order status said items were back ordered. On contact they refused to issue a refund and said the order would ship 2-3 weeks later. It's been over 3 and a half months and I still don't have my order or a refund. Unethical company, don't be the next one to get ripped off. read more

I placed two orders that have each just sat in queue for over two months; two attempts to contact the business via email due to my schedule and no response. As far as I'm concerned I've had better service from Chinese scams. read more

Simply a huge selection of morale patches and other gear! Shop was kinda hidden but once I found it all was good. Highly recommended!

Shipped a patch that apparently USPS lost. I commented on Instagram and received a snarky rude comment from someone at Tactical Outfitters. They shipped a replacement. I finally received. Everyone loves the patch, but it will be my last order with them! Edit: I was just reminded by TO I neglected to mention I received the first patch they shipped within a couple days of the replacement. Yes I got a free patch. Any return instructions? Scam artist? Ha! You caught me. I told you not to worry about sending a replacement in your snarky Instagram comment. read more

A reply from the owner was posted. Seems he didn't like my review. Edward D, you claim to be the small business owner. You made my day giving me a good laugh with the snarky comeback my review dumb and an achievement. You missed the point. No problem, my pleasure will be not doing business with your small business again, so no hard feelings. Good luck growing your small business. read more

I am not sure why so many negative reviews..... looks like many folks get sensitive and are used to amazon deliveries...people if you order you should understand that many items are on back order and as they get all of them they will ship you all together... it might take anywhere from 2-6 weeks depends what you order... keep that in mind. But this place has one of the biggest patch choice collection online... BTW, if you politely ask/email about your order they will quickly respond to you ( thank you Whitney for quick response)! Thats about it. read more

order took 6 months to finally ship got no updates on the progress of my order when i finally called for a update was told that 2 patches were discontinued and multiple were on back order all the products showed in stock at the time i ordered when i finally got my order 1 sticker was missing instead of sending the sticker, i was immediately refunded never ordering again read more

I am coming back on here to correct my original review... The priduct did in fact, FINALLY arrive... The sbipping delay was long, and honestly, I had lost faith in the arrival that came... Customer service did, FINNALLY respond to all of my emails... And the products are VERY nice quality.... Patients being a virtue BUYERS GET THEIR MONEYS WORTH read more

Nice selection of patches, rubbish customer service, emailed twice about a order issue and no response in a week, called in and was promptly told to send another email with photos. No follow up. Absolutely would not recommend. read more

Not reputable in my opinion. Today is Aug 5. I placed an order on Jun 19 and it still has not been shipped. They packaged it up and created a USPS label on June 21 but it never shipped. They blamed USPS for stealing it. Now they quit responding to emails. Apparently they expect me to eat the loss. Bad news. Dishonest company. https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction_input?qtc_tLabels1=9400110200864608211663 read more

Awesome shop and Eddie is a great guy. I highly recommend doing business here. Plus they have donuts on Saturday

NONE OF THEIR PATCHES MATCH PROPER MILITARY MILSPEC COLORS!!! Bought 2 patches that they confirmed prior to purchase would 100% match my coyote tan army uniform. The colored patches that arrived were an off colored peach and a brown so dark it was almost black. My commanding officer reamed me in front of the entire team of 150 for wearing a patch so bad it would expose me to the enemy. Officer then had me pick up a rock and carry it around for the entire day, MAKING ME NAME THE ROCK "DIGNITY" I then had to walk around for the next 24 hours asking those around me if they'd like to meet "Dignity" and then show them the rock. Upon returning home from tour I walked into the store ( since I live in Palm Spring and it's not too far)...I showed the person at the counter uniform with the discolored patches and asked them to refund my $16 spent. THEY WOULD NOT and told me to "Get lost". WAY TO TAKE CARE OF THOSE SERVING YOUR COUNTRY!!!! I WOULD NEVER MAKE A PURCHASE FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN SO HELP ME GOD, THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT $$$$$. Had to endure 24 hours of embarrassment because they can't make a properly colored military patch. BUY YOUR PATCHES ELSEWHERE, YOU'VE BEEN WARNED. read more
