Don't miss the salsas located to the left of the stand. I didn't see that and one of the employees was so kind and help dress up my tostadas to my spice preference. Also make sure to get the horchata, as it was the best I've ever had! It was sweet, creamy, and spiced well. This place is in my top 10 favorite bites of all time, it's so simple but so good.

Order what you want from each booth, and they give you a ticket to take to the cashier, and a table number so the waiter knows where to bring your food. We ordered from 3 different booths. It is an outdoor forum, but there is some indoor seating. It just makes for a really lovely experience when the weather is balmy. We sampled a few different tacos: The meat on the Taco de New York from La Taqueseria was just a little tough, but still very good. The Taqueso de Camaron from La Taqueseria might be the absolute best comfort food I have ever had in my life!!! The Pulpo (Octopus) Taco from Walter was surprisingly very good. The Cucumber mint lemonade was surprising. It took me a few sips to realize it wasn't loaded down with sugar, just fresh, natural flavors blending together. And, toward the bottom of the cup, I realized I liked it much better without a ton of sugar.

They have chicken but went with the pork. I liked it. Second dog: (5*) Same flavorful bread and hot dog. Mushrooms and a chipotle sauce. This dog was EPIC. The flavor and consistency was excellent from start to finish! I totally recommend this dog, slightly better than the MEX dog. French Fries: these potatoes are like homemade steak Fries. Pre baked or boiled then cut and fried. Thick and hearty with some crisp, salt and pepper. Pretty good but better fresh. I had to take mine to go so I don't blame them for not being super crisp due to the steam in the Styrofoam to go tray. They serve Hamburgers but went for the Dogs. Bring cash. Go there, expect a good Hot Dog. Eat, repeat!

This place is literally where locals eat! We were definitely lost in the crowd as tourists, but that's definitely the stuff I like to try when visiting a new place! We ordered two kilos of carnitas, which in turn could have easily fed a group of 30 people! The two kilos of carnitas came with handmade tortillas, salsa, and all the fixings for a fine carnitas taco! Not to mention the price was less than 25 bucks!
