The chicken and all ingredients are chopped in small bites with onion and cilantro and its juicy and tasty. Its a cute little place but they need help ASAP, especially on the weekend's. 1 kid who takes your order and i believe the parents are who make the food, 2 people is just not enough for this place. While i was there they got people's orders wrong, when they complained the kid (who obviously doesnt know how to handle upset guests) just kept repeating himself "oh sorry, their working on it", answering his cellphone at the front counter. Its exciting to see a family owned business in the valley, its just a sad reality that if they dont get it together service wise they wont make it. I was hoping the reviews on Yelp were correct. My family and I had a variety of tacos from here and none of them provided the quality of taste of authenticity. The cabeza was gross and I only took one bite from it. The al pastor tasted dry and seemed like it was microwaved and a day old. The tripas were also dry and flavorless. The carnitas were decent. And the carne asada was low quality meat, overcooked, and flavorless. The only reason I gave it two stars instead of one was because their birria was decent. I heard a lot of great things about this place! I had to go try it for myself. As I entered I was greeted immediately. The staff was very friendly. I had the carne asada fries. The carne asada was really good. My husband had 2 tacos asada and a gobernador taco. He raved about the gobernador! One of my favorite things was in the salsa bar they had the guacamole salsa, which in most places they sell separately. Overall the food was great. Just make sure you aren't on a budget! read more
