A quick refresh here and there would go a long way toward presentation and food safety. Things like dried salsa around container rims, a stray floating ramekin lid, and limes that looked like they'd been slowly dehydrating made it feel neglected. Finally, table service should include checking back on drinks. A quick pass to refill or ask if anything's needed would make the service more complete. It was a four-star experience but somewhere I'd consider returning given fairly limited options in Monte Vista. With more attention to detail it could be in competition for a five star rating.
