Both were very delicious. I favor the Quesa Birria more, although, I wish they cooked it more for the crispiness as I've seen on the food channels. The Torta Birria does have more bread, but it's still delicious. Each of these orders came in a clamshell container with Mexican rice, Birria dipping sauce, onions, and cilantros. They also come in a red or green salsa. The red salsa is habanero based so it was too spicy for me, but that green salsa was amazing. Will definitely be back and this time I'll see if they can grill the Quesa Birria more so I can get that crispy texture. Staff are very friendly and fast. There are no seating areas. This is a food truck parked in the Shell gas station parking lot so parking is very small and limited. It's probably easier to place a phone order so you're not taking up Shell's gas pump spots. Conveniently located next to Aggieland Outfitters and across the street from Texas A&M Kyle Field.
