I had immediate regrets not getting more than 1 taco. The meat was flavorful and juicy, the tortilla de harina amazingly soft, the salsas packed a great punch of spice and flavor. All around spectacular. I even got an horchata de coco to wash it all down and that made it even better. The shop is small but has some seating indoor and outdoor. Great decor and art on the walls. Service was fast and staff were very nice. I am not in LA much but will go be going back to Sonoratown.

I prefer to eat the food fresh and hot at the restaurant. It's not a large place, but decent sized enough to find seating except for the busiest hours. The food is really good, the staff pleasant and efficient, and the location has a decent ambiance to it. The prices are crazy fair.

I'm picky, but Ave 26 delivers every single time. It's super affordable, open 24/7, and there's always plenty of parking, which is a huge win in LA. Plus, it's honestly one of the best spots in town for people-watching while you eat. Let's talk favorites. My absolute must-order is their al pastor burrito with everything. It comes loaded with tons of smoking hot, perfectly seasoned al pastor meat, melted cheese, and incredible flavor. To top it off, they have a solid lineup of tasty salsas and spicy condiments to customize every bite just how you like it. Whether you're wrapping up a late night out or looking for the perfect spot to celebrate after a Dodgers game, Ave 26 has got you covered. Get out there after the win and grab a burrito -- you'll thank me later.

There's no indoor seating, so either grab some extra napkins and eat in your car or keep an eye on the outdoor tables and hope someone leaves so you can grab a seat. Regardless, these tacos are SO worth it. Every single taco has its own distinct flavor, and I've tried pretty much everything on the menu without being disappointed once. The blue corn tortillas are soft but sturdy enough to hold all the toppings without falling apart, and they absolutely do not skimp on the fillings. The tacos are packed with meat and guac, so you're definitely getting your money's worth. Don't forget to stop by the salsa station and grab some salsa, because they're all good! Their aguas are also so bomb, and they come in quart containers, which is another reason you get so much for your money. Seriously, wait in that line. I promise you'll be so happy with your tacos, and you'll understand why Bad Bunny featured Villa's Tacos in his halftime show.

Also enjoyed how festive the shop was. We got a mix of queso tacos, carne asada tacos, and chorizo tacos. Service was very quick and efficient. Although I feel like the chorizo was a bit too minced? I wish it was chunkier. It was still very flavorful as a taco itself. The carne asada I actually liked better! The carne asada was soft and chewy, also great amounts of flavor. I enjoyed how generous they were with the gauc on each taco. These are definitely on the pricier side of tacos. Good quality for the price! We also got to try the flan and it was also pretty good! Very soft and caramel-like. Flan-tastic.

I came here for dinner on a week night and my experience here was pretty good. I had the asada and al pastor tacos with all the toppings and they were both so good and full of meat and heat. The toppings can be spicy for some, so be warned. My favorite of the two was the all pastor which was flavorful and I did like the thinly shaved meat. It was not dry at all and was fresh. I also tried the mulita with al pastor meat and that was also soso good. Cheesy, meaty, and indulgent. The additional topping section had good variety with pickled onions, cucumbers, etc. and everything seemed pretty fresh. Unfortunately, they were pretty much out of the roasted pepper and grilled onions at the time I went. To drink, I had the horchata and that was also very delicious. It was huge, sweet, and creamy. I also loved how it was not grainy at all. A good pairing with the rich foods. They also have a good amount of seating at the stand with a long table and multiple chairs. Parking is tricky since its street parking only.

I love the Cabeza tortilla and 3 is the perfect number of tacos for me as they are pretty generous with the meat and avocado sauce. Been here twice and both times because we were going to a show at the Forum which is just a short drive away. It gets pretty busy around dinner time so expect a long wait as the line moves pretty slowly (everything is made/ cooked fresh!)... but the wait is 100% worth it. Just make sure you order enough the first time so you dont have to wait in line again. There is some parking but it gets pretty crowded too so you might have to street park (and the area around can get a little sketch) so be careful. The second time we came here was almost 1130pm right before their midnight closing. This time, the parking lot was emptier so we managed to park inside. There was still a pretty steady stream of customers even around closing, but at least the line isn't ridiculously long. Can't go wrong with anything you order here!

Huge plus that they were making their tortillas from scratch on the spot but the tacos were really small. I should've order six tacos instead of four. The carne asada with the guacamole and cilantro were an amazing touch. I accidentally got the salsa in it and it was pretty spicy. Cabeza wasn't my favorite meat cut too. I then ordered an horchata and they only had one size and it was huge but so good! I would come back to get their burrito.

This place got me a bit confused as it is like central market where there are a number of eateries in the building. So took me a bit to orient myself. The whole location is lively and have many small tables around. There was a designated area for people to line up for Holbox. I realized that people were getting seated already. I was seated at the bar. The staff told me that they will start taking orders at 11:30. It was perfect!!! Gave me enough time to ask AI what to get. The waitress came to get my order shortly after they opened. AI recommended getting at least 2 items. Tostada de kanpachi + uni was recommended and Taco de pescado. So I got both. The sea urchin was SOOOOOO buttery. Highly recommend it!! The tostada was sooooooo good also. Gotta eat it while it is still crunchy. There are a lot of fish and a good amount of uni on it. My friend also got a burrito and I heated it up the next day to enjoy and it still tasted awesome. Also, make sure you ask them for pineapples since they did not include it until we asked. They do have them sliced up in a container by the meats. That mesquite smoke is insane and you can smell and taste it in their food. Their most simple item I've tried, bean and cheese burrito, is so amazing! I mean, how can something so simple make me say "OH WOW" every single time? Must be the flavor added by the lard they use in their flour tortillas. I also reheated two of these burritos next day, they were still tasty! Their burrito 2.0 is hands down the best burrito I have ever ever had: simple, their asada is amazing, they season their beans and the guacamole is great! You can tell that it's house made and I liked the chewy texture of it. However, respectfully the filling felt and tasted like bean goo. I could only really taste the refried bean flavor which was strong. It kind of meshed all the components together into a gooey filling. I got this with asada meat and the meat was kind of chewy and not so flavorful on its own. Props to the tortilla though for not spilling everything out and holding it together well, but still a bit difficult to eat. I would ask for utensils when eating this dish. The green onion garnish was unique. I wish they gave more lime wedges because that helped elevate the dish. For $13 this wasn't too bad, but I'd rather get a better burrito from a street vendor. This is a casual eats type of place with both indoor and outdoor seating and tables. They also serve alcohol and even frozen alcoholic drinks.
