The guy working the window was genuinely friendly and took the time to give me samples of both the pulled pork and the brisket, which already told me they care about what they're serving. I went with the mac & cheese brisket bowl with jalapeños on top, and it delivered exactly how it looked. Rich, smoky brisket over creamy mac and cheese with a solid kick from the jalapeños. It looked amazing and actually lived up to it, which doesn't always happen. Between the food, the service, and the setup with the brewery, this is an easy 5 stars and definitely something I'll be coming back for.
