We all ended up ordering chilaquiles--one plate with green sauce and the other two with red sauce--and got our eggs over easy. Let me just say: these were hands down some of the best chilaquiles we've had in the area. The flavor, texture, and portion sizes were all top notch. I also loved that they have an open salsa bar along with complimentary chips for every order. Little touches like that really make the experience even better. There's also plenty of seating inside, and they have a restroom located in the back, which is always convenient when dining with kids. The horchata is good, and compared to others I've had in the past this one has a stronger vanilla flavor and is creamier. There were only a few chips, but they were good. The quesadilla had a good cheese pull and good flavor. It was physically hot and the birria made it a bit soggy. The meat is tender and the tortilla was crispy in the areas where it wasn't drenched in grease.
