I just KNEW when I pulled up (which was when they were closing up, but I didn't know that) the tacos were gonna be bomb af! I ordered 9 tacos in total (because I wanted variety) and a burrito. They were out of rice, so I couldn't order the combo plates, which was what I originally wanted so I just got the tacos and a burrito. The young lady taking my order was very sweet and kind. Service was good. I get home with my food because I'm ready to eat these bomb ass tacos and omg...everything was dry and bland! Everything from the tortillas and meat...just everything! No salsa at all except for this green looking thicker paste that had heat, but no flavor. The lime didn't help much either so I had to bust out with my homemade salsa just to salvage it! The carne asada looked like lamb instead of asada. Tasted like it too. Here's the deal...maybe just maybe it was an off day for them. I can accept that. But as much as dining out can get pricey (I spent $50 on 1 burrito and some tacos) I would rather put my hard earned money where I can expect the food to be both consistent and delicious. This experience made me just want to go home and make my own Mexican food from now on. Sorry guys.

. . . . Health alert Me and my girlfriend ordered tacos, chimichanga, and a quesadilla. When I finished half my quesadilla the other half had a hair clearly not mine, while my girlfriend was working on her chimichanga I slipped the hair away so she wouldn't be disgusted. But when she opened the order of tacos we discovered a red hair like the red hair on the lady that took and prepared our order. With all due respect we closed both orders and processed to ask for a refund. When I asked the lady with the red hair for a refund because there was a hair in both orders, she took both orders and than claimed there wasn't any hair on the food until I showed her pictures she proceeded to refund me for both orders. But she still claimed that she didn't find any red hair to imply that I was lying. We have proof in the pictures and my intentions are not to trash an honest business. But if she is willing to go into denial while refunding me my money it seems like she did this on purpose for us to not come back. An hour later I got the runns like if a had ingested a hair. The food is very good but the intentions and service from this establishment make me feel like the maybe im not welcome. Personally I won't be back because there far more taco spots 10× better with service, elaboration process, and care for the health of the client. Im not making any of this up to tarnish a business im only being honest.

We ordered the carne asada burrito, birria tacos, carne asada tacos, and a vampiro taco. Hands down, the best thing we had was the birria taco. The meat was incredibly juicy, tender, and packed with flavor. The handmade tortillas really made a difference and took the tacos to the next level. The carne asada tacos were also delicious. They were loaded with meat, super flavorful, and the tortillas were soft and perfectly cooked. The burrito was HUGE and definitely something you could split between two meals. It was loaded with carne asada--the meat-to-everything-else ratio was easily around 70/30, so if you're looking for a burrito packed with meat, this is it. The vampiro taco was alright, not my favorite out of everything we had. The drinks were just okay. The horchata was decent, but I've definitely had better, and the jugo de piña was a little too sweet for my taste. Service was quick, although we were the first customers of the day, so that probably helped. Overall, the food was the highlight, especially the birria tacos. We'd definitely come back to try more!

The workers were super friendly and gave recommendations. I got the carnitas plate which came with rice/beans, a couple tacos, and a burrito (believe it was carne asada). The carnitas were almost dry, and lacked flavor. The beans on the plate tasted watered down, and the rice also fell flat. I was pretty disappointed in my $20 plate. The carne asada and al pastor on the tacos also lacked flavor, and I left feeling disappointed. The burrito was also OK, out of everything we ordered it was the only decent item. I wanted to like this spot but the flavors and taste were not there for us. Given several taco spots around the area, we probably have to pass on this one next time.
